Awesome store with so much stock from military gear to 4wd stuff they got it all I swear. Such a friendly and helpful team, happened to be in there while that one guy who left a 1 star review was abusing and being seriously rude despite their politeness and willingness to help in any way they could. I will certainly be back!

Great Shop. Great Service. Great Range. Competitive pricing and these people will give you a smile and have a chat about your next adventure. We have purchased most of our camping gear through them over the years.

Third instalment….
Today I attended Tentworld Warana to resolve this issue (described below), not something I’m particularly comfortable with and doubtless not what the staff off the store want to be doing. Spoke with the always brilliant Simone and Stuart. Struggled through my experience, voiced my complaint and was able to move on. My mystery (non) order was identified and I was offered unbiased service despite any previous tension felt. Simone is truly expert on product and that’s that. Turns out you did get more money from me after all. Your stars are back. Im not a liar.

Bellow is the original review I left, I’ll leave it there so it’s obvious what’s happened.
We ordered two air mattresses and offered to leave a deposit (like we did on a different product) we were told not to leave a deposit and we would receive a call when our order came into stock. Roughly 2 weeks later we were contacted to let us know our order had been delayed and the next shipment was due in on December 21st. Christmas came and went, called in the new year to be told that they had no record of our order. I ended up speaking to the infamous Scott who 100% needs to remove himself from the retail industry. He accused me of lying about our transaction with his store, then accused me of having been rude. Damn right I was rude after he called me a liar and lazily tried to blame me for his stores handling of my business. You won’t get another cent from me Scott.

Having made enquires at 2 other local stores that stock Darche products, it was instantly obvious that Tentworld is a different business to deal with altogether. Expert staff, concise information, logical advice. We saved a decent amount of money whilst receiving actual customer service as opposed to the vague wonderings of both other store’s staff. Simone knew what I was asking for straight away, advised about options and potential issues to be aware of. Most of what I wanted was available in stock and the balance was ordered promptly without fuss. She placed our order behind the counter while some browsing took place, she helped other customers as well as me with more questions and was waiting with our purchases at the counter when we were ready to leave.

Very helpful staff and huge range of camping stock. In terms of Yeti, there is only drinkware, buckets and coolers.

He went out of his way to phone Melissa at the Brendale store to help find what I was looking for when it unfortunately didnt arrive on time at the Warana store. 👋 His kindness & awesome customer service was outstanding & very appreciated. Great speciality shop which only sells camping gear (which is great within itself). Well stocked with products for camping.

I have only been there once. The manager served me and very patiently answered my many questions and was happy to share his own personal experience with some of the products and places he had used/been. He was a wealth of information. The other guy working there seemed to intensely hate everybody in the whole world, but personally I had nothing to do with him. Had he been serving me I would have bought nothing, as it was I walked out 200 bucks lighter and 200 times happier than other customers who had the misfortune of being catered to by the other guy. This is merely my observation, for I had no personal interaction at all with him. One other thing, and this is not a complaint by any means, but if they had an old fashioned lay-by, lay-buy? system then I would have set up about another 2k worth of stuff as there were 3 particular items I desperately wanted. Some of us customers still prefer to use our own money rather than credit cards or buy now pay later options. And unfortunately I didn't have that kind of cash to spare. But if I could have set up for example a payment plan of $100 per week and collected the goods only after full payment had been received then I would have absolutely done that. Overall though, I can't recommend Tentworld highly enough. I will definitely be back.

The team at Kawana tent world were very helpful when I purchased the wrong item online. Very happy with the service and love all my new camping gear. There products are of good quality and I love shopping here.

I ordered a reasonably expensive item on line late one afternoon. The next day I received a phone call from the online team confirming it was me that ordered the item and tocheck my details for delivery etc. I was very impressed with the professionalism in doing this, I was blown away the next day when it arrived on my door step. I have bought quite a bit of gear through these guys and will continuetodo so, mainly because they are so competitive with their pricing but also because of the service.

Had a really pleasant experience from friendly helpful staff. Gave me good information, took a holding payment for an order, helped with a few other items. Very efficient.

I found the service to be excellent, good knowledge of the products sold. The prices were competitive. The staff use the great they sell and can speak from experience and really do go the extra yard to look after customers.

Very friendly and helpful staff who take the time to talk and explain the equipment. Reasonable pricing, good selection of stock, some of it you won't find in the big stores.

The young lady that served me was outstanding. I've never walked in to a shop and been served by such a friendly sales person. She was very informative new every product I looked at and even helped me carry it all out to the car.
I didn't get her name but she was a small girl with brown hair and I think a few tattoos.
She deserves a pay rise.

Excellent assistance from staff in solving a gas fitting l needed. Stood at bcf & rtfm for eternity with no help arriving. Make your own mind up.

Always great service and they will walk with you to find what you want. Not like one of the other large camping chains. The young girl who served me yesterday knew everything about the 3 items I bought which she helped me select. Well done.

Always very competitive on price. Great range of gear. If they don’t have stock they will get it in for you usually within a week.
