Exceptional shopping experience lots of products in easily accessible locations around the store. The staff were very helpful in find products and for assistance with the flat pack boxes. The restaurant has a limited menu but the food is very nice and well priced

Sadly we didn't get the wardrobe we came for but we had a great breakfast and managed to leave with a gigantic octopus and a lovely fluffy shark.

I had some gift cards to use and couldn't quite get them to work online, so went for a shop and I feel I have nailed the quick Ikea experience!

First step, write down the aisle and shelf number before you go. Step two, go in the exit so you don't get swayed by all the pretty things in the show room. Step three, grab your items from the warehouse (adjacent to the exit). Step four, pay and you're on your way! We were in and out in 10 minutes which was amazing!!!

A few notes on the staff, which were all positive!!! We were getting a dresser with 3 boxes and when we went to grab them, some warehouse staff offered to load them on our trolley (star #1)! Then at check-out, we had a few little issues (user errors on our part), but the self-checkout cashier was super helpful with assisting us in finding a sneaky barcode, helping us load our Ikea family membership and then splitting our purchase over two gift cards (star, star & star)!!!

Will definitely return for a wander when I have more time!

You start your trip with a visit to the restaurant where you can find a nice selection of meals, drinks and snacks for all the family at a budget price. You'll need to eat at some point, as you can easily spend half a day exploring the store. They have everything for your home decor and great display rooms. Very reasonable prices as the products are durable and larger furniture items come with 10 year guarantees. There is a great play centre for the children for 2 hours if the adults need time to do serious shopping. Overall, a well thought out store, but it can be dangerous unless you go in with a budget.

I always enjoy my time in Ikea.. Looking at every showroom, design, furnitures and cheap items I could buy. It was my sons idea to go in again as it his first time. He enjoyed going through all the showrooms, gaming designs, love the food and he said it was a good experience.

The best place for shopping furniture and everything in house, very nice and usefully. High quality also.

Jacob from the kitchens team at IKEA Logan provided me with the very best customer service experience I have ever had. We stopped in to confirm the purchase of our kitchen. Jacob kindly and professionally managed our expectations to say that an appointment is usually required as they have to balance their time with customers who have appointments, as well as walk ins. He made no promises but said he would help as best as he could. Once logged in he pointed out a few really key things that could have compromised warranty as well as design choices that could be improved upon for a better experience in the kitchen. Jacob clearly articulated his rationale and was meticulous in his review and his recommendations elevated our kitchen to another level. I had several questions and challenged Jacob in a few areas and he actively listened before providing meaningful feedback as well as alternative options. He was even able to make changes after confirming the order that he did by hand as well as on the system to clearly articulate to our builder what needed to be done. I'm sure I have missed several things that Jacob did because he really did go above and beyond for us. I cannot speak highly enough of Jacob who has made a massively positive impact on me, and I cannot imagine the incredibly positive reputation he has amongst colleagues let alone the incredible reputation he is building for IKEA Logan. Thank you Jacob, an absolute legend!!!!

This store is really good. It offers tons of home-related accessories such as furniture, beds, mats, lamps and others. This place is so large and you need one hour at least to walk around its range. For me it was a kind of a place to a such window shopping, just like the shopping mall. You may also consider that visiting here as a jogging activity if you care about your targetted daily steps. One another thing quite impressive at this place is the cafetaria. It really serves delicious foods with affordable prices. You can drink refilled coffee or milk by paying only for a cup of coffee.

This place is amazing but it is lacking staff and directories to navigate around, especially when you are lost, which leads to hours of walking in circles.

Very friendly and helpful staff with and amazing range of products. Long wait in the restaurant on Saturday like 30 minutes to get food but it was an experience. $16 for 12 meatballs,chips gravy peas and cranberry sauce. $1 for a bread roll and 1.5 for endless softddrinks. Bland but somehow still delicious, confusing. You can get a hot dog for $2 at the exit of the store also

What a place! Great array of furniture and the cafe upstairs, what an amazing thing - $33 for all four of our family to eat breakfast! Highly recommend a trip just for the food and a walk around

I love how easy is to scan your products through their app and skip the line at check out. Also, the food in their restaurant is very good. Parking is great, but click and collect has to be the easiest in the area.

Ice-cream is must try

Pretty easy to get to and there is a big Carpark for all the stores here. The IKEA itself is pretty big and nice to walk through. It is similar to other IKEAs and also has the nice restaurant area, as shown! I enjoyed the time here and they really do have pretty much everything and anything you need in the home. The prices are always good and honestly, you just can’t go wrong with ikea!

FYI, after you buy the goods, be sure to confirm the size of the goods. The warehouse closes at 9 o'clock in the evening.
Please do not pick up later than this time.
There are public toilets here.

I took my husband there, as he had never been. We kept getting lost.There are arrows to help you find your way around, but we took the wrong way . Ikea is definitely massive. We had a cuppa, which was an excellent cup of tea.lol Plenty of items to browse through, the only fault was self check out, but a pleasant young man, put our shopping through for us.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
