I had the most amazing experience at the Daisy Hill Koala Sanctuary! 🐨 This place is a true gem, and I can't recommend it enough.

The opportunity to get up close and personal with these adorable koalas is something I'll cherish forever. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about wildlife conservation, and it shows in the way they care for these beautiful creatures.

The sanctuary itself is well-maintained, and the natural surroundings make it a serene and peaceful place to visit. It's not just about koalas; there are so many other fascinating Australian animals to see and learn about.

Whether you're a local looking for a fun day out or a tourist wanting to experience Australia's unique wildlife, Daisy Hill Koala Sanctuary is a must-visit. It's educational, heartwarming, and a great way to support the conservation efforts for these iconic animals.

I'll definitely be coming back with friends and family. A big thank you to everyone at Daisy Hill for the fantastic work you do! 🌿🐨❤

My little adventure took me through the bushland areas of this park, plus a few adjoining Reserves. I can’t really review the Koala Sanctuary, but I know it’s great to see some native fauna. There are many trails in this park and the surrounding areas, so I’d suggest downloading some maps on AllTrails or similar. Many beautiful sights to behold, and very peaceful. Hardly anyone there during the week, but be aware on the weekend, as the MTBs love the area (for good reason). I would suggest slowing it down though, and fully immersing yourself in the environment.

I appreciate how well curated and maintained everything is. it features plenty of picnic areas, paths through the forest and amenities like parking and washrooms. the entrance is FREE and it's perfect to bri g your kids, as they have kid friendly learning areas. currently it hold 3 koalas, 2 females and one male, that have been rescued.

There is plenty of room for family BBQs and picnics, and you can also take a pleasant stroll along short boardwalks surrounded by towering gum trees. Additionally, there are an adequate number of public toilets and water fountains available.

If you are a MTB or walker or want to take horses, dogs and children somewhere special, this is it. Picnic and BBQ areas follow sign for koala sanctuary. Great flowing trail mostly blue and green. Awesome fun.

Brilliant spot for MTBing, walking with/out dogs, horse riding and trail running. Plenty of parking and multiple access points. New toilets and bike maintenance area at the trail head.

I absolutely love this place!

First, this is a great place to ride your mountain bike. Saw a lot of people drive here and ride their bike. I just visited here for the first time and regret never bringing my bike here.

Second, I get to see the koala! Been visiting a lot of parks where they said you can see the koala but never have the luck until here. Never seen a koala in my life, so yeah, I get excited.

Third, a good place for a picnic. There is some picnic area where you can have BBQ here. And yeah will definitely visit again with my bike and some food with my friends and loved ones.

Fourth, it is a dog friendly park. Yeah I love dogs and it's good to see all the dogs running around here.

Fifth, a good place for jogging.

So many good things happened in a place, who doesn't give 5 stars.

Love the quarry walk - very peaceful early in the morning. Takes about an hour round trip. Mostly flat with a few hills.

A beautiful conservation park that you can take your dog for a walk on leash. Dogs are not allowed in the Conservation Centre, but most of the trails allow dogs on leash. There’s a huge picnic area in the centre with several car parks around, and a huge amount of bush walks of varying length through the reserve. Plenty of opportunity to see koalas and kangaroos, with some of the trails taking you towards the quarry area which is nice. A few BBQ facilities in the mean area, and lots of picnic huts which is great. Worth several visits for sure.

Lovely experience and a great way to spend the day. There are plenty of picnic areas and an awesome centre where you can see Koalas and learn all about them and their current situation in Australia.

I highly recommend making a day trip. Have a picnic and spend the afternoon at the centre. We were fortunate enough to be there around feeding time (roughly 1:30pm) and afterwards we were treated to a presentation where the staff provided information about the koalas there and answered questions.

Such a beautiful place… There are no bins there so you have to take your litter home!

One of my favourite places for long walks, BBQ picnics and more. Can get busy at times but plenty of parking on the ring road. All the amenities EXCEPT BINS so remember to bring a trash bag to take your leftovers home in! Nobody wants to see your wrappers floating around the day use area 🚮🙂

The Daisy Hill koala centre is well worth the visit. Several koalas are able to be viewed and the centre is well organised and the park and picnic area is exceptional. I will come back for a longer visit and bbq with family.

Best mountain bike trails in Brisbane well maintained. There's a good track that takes you over to underwood skills Park.

A wonderful place in Logan to escape. BBQ areas, mowed lawns and cement foot paths. Clean well kept WCs. Footpaths are great for anyone needing mobility aids and prams. BBQ areas are in the open or underneath shaded shed.

Bush walking trails are clear and natural. Follow the signs and plan your trip. Take some snacks and water with you. On our walk we had a snake startle us or we startled it, birds, wallabies and a pretty big lizard. Lots of parking too.

Love hiking here. It's like Brisbane city is a world away & it's just you & the tree's. There are some beautiful stands of tall gum varieties here too. Can literally hike all day & hardly run into anyone. There are a few upgrades going on at the present time, including a new set of bicycle tracks to enable walkers to hike with their dogs on the original tracks in relative peace away from speeding cyclists hopefully!

This is free to visit! Our visit worked out to be timely when they were doing the Koala talk at 2pm. Then the 3 girls got new eucalyptus around 3ish.
