Great night! Well organised for a super busy event night. Special shout out to Izzy and Rhi, for wonderful, friendly customer service and Tracey (is there nothing you can't do?). It was our first time and definitely won't be our last.

The coolest place to watch a movie! We went for the Twilight Saga screening. It was extremely busy but the staff did an amazing job at preparing the food fast and getting everyone parked correctly.

I’ve been here for 2 times and planing for more! Yatala drive-in cinema is the only drive-in cinema in Gold Coast, the area is so huge and their vintage themed cafe serve different snacks and drinks! Love the deco! Besides, the quality of the movie and sound were perfect. Highly highly recommended:)

Had a wonderful night seeing a film here. We are from Melbourne and wanted to do something fun but the floods didn’t leave a lot of options. Very pleasantly surprised to discover this place and that it was open and unaffected by floods at the time we went.

Very affordable and fun night out. Especially good value if you bring a family.

Despite this there is one downside and that is mosquitoes. I didn’t take any stars off my review because that’s the outdoors and nature for you. Management can’t really be held accountable for mosquitoes simply existing so I don’t think it’s fair that some felt it necessary to leave 1 star reviews over mosquitoes. Just bring some mozzie repellent and you’ll be golden.

Yamaha Drive In theatre is the best night out for a family you can get. Two screens, snack bar, children's play ground and great people with very friendly service. NOW about their REAL STEAL and CHROME car show, WOW, what a show $5 per adult and children free. Otherwise let the pictures tell you.

Had a great time at the drive in! Was a first for me! Felt just like how drive ins appear in the movies! They have three screens, and play all of the new movies and everything. There is a snack bar, for beverages there is draft beer and wine.

We have been twice now, fist years ago and second last weekend for fathers day.

Each time it was amazing.

Tune in to 99.99 fm to get sound inside your car or pull windows down and listen from pole next to your car.

Best is to revearse in, open your boot, pad it with cushions and put your feet up.

We saw a family having an amazing set up with dinner on their ute.

Will be back for sure, little one loved it more than normal cinemas. Great family experience, something different.

Great night out, the best phone you can have in the backseat of a car. Three screens, with different movies showing. All well spaced out. toilets and food facilities available.

THE BAD REVIEWS WERE WRONG!!!! bought tickets to go, then started looking at bad reviews and got scared. Ultimately decided to go and it was AMAZING. Me and my friend say the twilight marathon and it was worth every penny. The headlights weren't a problem, mozzies were occasional, sound was awesome and staff were so kind. 10/10 would recommend. THE DUMP DIDN'T SMELL, could only smell popcorn :)

1 of the last 2 drive-in theatres around Brisbane. A great retro experience with well kept diner, 3 screens, open 7 days.

There aren't many options for drive-ins around here, but that doesn't stop this place from not letting itself go and growing a gut. They do their absolute best to make sure every man, woman and child is happy :)
They'll also jump start your car if it's taken a little power nap mid movie.

Great place for a family outing. This is one thing we could do as a family while going through chemotherapy. So grateful for having this option.

What a nice experience. Even though I have a big projector at home and also a projector for doing movies outside, it still feels different actually going to the drive in. Most people were good with turning their headlights off even though you still get the odd knob that doesn't.

The setup for all the parking spots are pretty good and the screen is massive. Movie was very good too. Would definitely go here on a regular basis. Cheap and great night out 👌🏻

Even with the lousiest car, you would have the best sound effect! Love it....

Great "Old School" night out...it's been a long time. My tip is to book tickets and leave earlier than you think as gathering dinner along the way coupled with the long line to get in leaves you with not many options to grab your spot.

Went to see Gran Turismo. Couldn't have picked a better place to watch it.
The drive I. Vibe is Excellent. So well organised. Could have been slightly quicker/differently organised process to flow patrons through the food service but otherwise can't fault it.
Screens were great
Parking was easy and well arranged to view the screen.
Excellent for date night!

I think there are four screens at this venue, we were at screen 3. First time at the drive in in 35 years. The cafe was a bit far away, I believe that it's a 1950's style. We had the car stereo turned up, with the camp chairs set up out out the back of the car. No mozzies. Watched an honest thief.
