I wanted to mention the amazing services i recieved from Amy this morning on the 07/01/2024. Her knowlegde and ability to understand our needs was very excellent. She took the time to explain the products and made many recommendations. She has a friendly customer service nature and well presented.

Staff here are absolutely amazing! They are friendly and helpful, without being pushy. Nothing is a bother - truly excellent customer service!

I was looking for a birthday gift for my friend yesterday. Bec helped me finding out and gave me some lovely gift ideas for me! Even it took a long time, Bec was absolutely professional and kind. Me and my husband are planning to open our own business and we thought we would treat our customers like her did and need employees just like her❤ As she made our day heavenly. Wow the customer service here is absolutely 5 stars . Jane was so helpful in a particular tricky return. I am am avid adairs purchaser normally online however I think I may change to instore because the service was just so wholesome

Brightly lit store with plenty of creative products to make a house a home. We went for new bedding and were lucky enough to find some good results. The staff is very helpful. The atmosphere seems to focus on younger tastes and people with small kids. Summed up in one word, I would say “tasteful”. The store does not seem that large but there is variety. Before this last weekend, I had never been in the store. I now understand why it is so popular.

Went to have a browse at the Loganholme Adairs store yesterday around 11ish and the younger lady ( there were 2 working one was older) was extremely helpful, nice and friendly so thankyou for that

Visited the store on 19 September 2018. The service provided by the girls was amazing. They need to be congratulated for their excellent customer service (my husband purchased a display item in the wall).

Great range of linens. Amy was super knowledgeable and helped an indecisive guy put together a perfect bedroom set, thank you.

I had the best customer service this afternoon, I was served by Chelsea who was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me with my purchase. Logan isn't my closest Adairs but it will now be my shop of choice thanks to the wonderful service I received.

One of staff named 'Hope' was extremely helpful and polite.She's very friendly and goes extra mile to help you. Keep up the good work 'Hope'

Some really nice pieces here. Could spend a lot of time and money in here. Pricey but quality.
