Crispy chicken salad is very sad, lettuce and chicken is all you get!! No onion no cabbage no carrot no tomato just chicken and lettuce very sad indeed!!

Love this Maccas. Taste delicious and time is on point.. would like to point out that Ata is an excellent worker. I see him every week and he just makes my day. Great quality customer service by him. Pls promote

When coming into the store on Monday this week I was greeted with great customer service the person that served me he was kind and was willing to help me decide what I wanted. the service was fast and didn’t have to wait very long the food that was hot and fresh I ended up ordering a nuggets meal with a coke when the coke was low the staff member that supported me he filled it up for me with out me even having to ask thank you to shae or shay I can’t remember exactly the correct spelling so apologies Thank Logan central MacDonald for a great experience I am happy to eat there again

Well, I went through the drive through and it was not what I expected. Normally I get someone who basically acts like they don't want to work that night which is fine because sometimes nither do I lol! But this time was different I spoke to a lady and had a laugh with her and I just wanted to thank her personally for a great laugh so thank you so much Shakira ❤❤ amazing service and actually great to have someone to laugh with!! Great job at having her and I hope she is around for a long time!!! ❤

Overall given 5 stars, we had a large order during a busy time, yes a mistake with the food was made (human error). Staff were apologetic and quickly corrected the order. Food was tasty as Maccas can be!

I like this Maccas. The seating arrangements are pretty comfy and there's lots of different areas to choose from. The long term staff are awesome. They're very accommodating and welcoming.

The food is pretty good quality. If there are any issues they're quick to amend them and the service is usually pretty speedy too.

Great service place very clean and tidy.even thou it was busy .

"Extra Hot" beverage evidently means "Hot" . . .

... other than that , I have visited regularly here, every few days this year, due to work+home commitments.
The staff have always been very professional, polite and responsive to my minor quirks.
Next to nil other complaints.
Maybe too few phone carge points...?
I've had to do some online work, in store, over brekky regularly.
But get cut off their local WiFi after about 60 minutes...

Is it too expensive for your profits?
Am I not spending/ eating enough?

(Some Maintainance also is sorely needed in the Restrooms, door locks, water leaks etc.)
((Yes, I've worked in the Army, Telstra, and othe huge organisations.
I know the big Corporations are slow to respond to maintenance requests, but some time & $$$ has to be allocated to maintain the public image.))

Overall, Woodridge is actually doing greater effort, compared to a number of other local (no doubt franchised) McDonalds stores...

A huge store! Great carpark! Seating & fast & friendly service!

Best maccas for service. And would rather go to logan central over any others in the area.

Clean area for kids to play, friendly table service.

Been here multiple times , always stunned by how well these young people work despite how busy it gets here. They don't get enough credit .

The person narguess was very polite had a amazing attitude and always smiling and the cook Elijah made a amazing mc chicken 10/10 would recommend just a bit of slushy on the floor but everything great

Only tried Mac cafe but best Maccas I have ever been. Very clean and tidy. Nice customer service👍

Love Macca's Logan Central. The food is usually pretty good and still hot when you receive your food. Love the McCafe Coffee, Sweet Muffins, Toasted Sandwiches and their range of different flavoured Macarons to choose from. Way to go Logan Central Macca's!
