Our recent purchase of a new table at LoganSuper Center turned out to be a delightful experience, thanks to the helpfulness of the sales assistant.Catharine spent time with us, assisting in matching white chairs to complement our existing ones. She infused a great deal of wonderful energy into being helpful, and largely due to her attitude, we decided to purchase the table. Additionally, the quality of the table exceeded our expectations, making it a fantastic addition to our home.

We’ve just received our new corner lounge and very happy with the purchase.
Thank you Eddie and the team at Logan Super Centre for the pleasant experience. We were not planning to buy however when walking past the display in the store we stopped by and had a look as the lounge has a special touch and warmth. Eddie was there and he gave us such a good deal that we couldn’t resist.
He was kind enough to deal with us after hours as we didn’t get home until late to do our measurements just to ensure the lounge would fit.

I went to Ashley Homestore today and had the most amazing experience and service I believe from Yana I apologise if name is wrong, the extra effort provided to make sure I could get all my items and even collect from warehouse so I don’t have to wait as long to be delivered to the store which I am very happy with, all of my items were individually wrapped so no damage on the drive home and just overall had an amazing experience here today I highly recommend

I had a great experience at Ashley Homestore Slacks Creek, both the ladies that assisted me today were awesome. Whilst they didn’t have stock on the floor for everything I wanted, they did find another store with chairs to view to match the table I purchased! I will definitely be back!

Absolutely fabulous customer service!! We purchased from Logan mega centre and all the staff are so incredibly kind, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. From the moment we walked, we were warmly greeted, allowed to peruse at our own pace, to receiving our quote with no pressure of being sold to; then us calling back within days to place our order with them was all handled with such friendly professionalism. Highly recommend not only the staff but their products! Honestly , a complete breath of fresh air of old fashioned customer service WITH eye contact and genuine interaction.

I had excellent service from Yana while trying to decide on a table and chairs. She went above and beyond making sure my purchase was going to fit my needs.

My husband and I travelled from north of Brisbane today to sight a dining suite and buffet we are purchasing from the Virginia store
Fortunately Slacks Creek was the only store to have all 3 items on show.
Was a bit of a hike as traffic was very busy.
But we certainly forgot all about this once the lovely Sam greeted us with a warm and friendly smile.
She remembered me from earlier when I called the store to check on items.
We were thoroughly impressed with Sam and her amazing service.

Lovely store and lovely staff! It’s hard not to buy the whole shop! The furniture is high quality without the crazy prices. The styling includes French Country Provincial and Hamptons which look great in any home.

We went to Ashley Homestore Slacks Creek on the weekend to look at some couches. All staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. So much so that we returned the next day and purchased one. We had the same great experience with the team when we returned.

Wonderful proffesional and friendly service, by both ladies Charlie and Jana. The furniture collection is varied and offers a great range of options. We never intended to buy, but we’re glad we did!
