Customer service is excellent, Renee is very helpful and has excellent product knowledge. All the staff are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend shopping at anaconda Logan.

I came in last week on Wednesday to get ready for a trip to New Zealand.
I wasn’t too sure what I needed but was very please when Michelle helped me get everything I need to stay warm. She had great suggestions for activities to do over there as well.
I couldn’t have done it without her joyful assistance.

Staff on point. Products on point. You know a brand is winning at retail when you actually bother to join their mailing list. Bought a kids mountain bike (50cm) with a safety check from these guys. All up about $30 dearer than Kmart but twice the quality. Well done crew.

Was greeted by Danley, the second I walked in, he was really polite and is extremely passionate about fishing. He was able to recommend the right gear for my budget and needs and even went above and beyond with even teaching me basic knots and drawing quick diagrams of how the end of the line should be set up for bait. He really made me feel like I was talking with a friend and not a salesman. I will definitely be back to show him how my fishing trip went.

Great store. Big variety of equipment. The staff were awesome. Really helpful and gave us some awesome tips which helped save money. We spend heaps anyway.

Shout out to Cole. We are new to kayaking and his extensive knowledge made the process of selecting our kayaks heaps easier. From the best type of paddle and seating right through to straps and tie downs. Absolute legend.

We were getting kitted out for our first time camping. We had Jas who was helpful and had an extensive knowledge of everything. He made sure we did not get anything we did not need. Also the store is pretty well priced. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service

Recently bought a centre console fridge from these guys, I dealt with Jason & the team leader (not sure of her name) but best customer service I’ve ever received, extremely knowledgeable and made me instantly feel like I was part of the family. Highly recommend and would love to repay them somehow

I love this store because it's great for sneaking away from the misses while they are looking at all the home maker stuff in the rest of the centre🤣. This store is always well stocked and the staff are always helpful. I love their fish tank too with the Saratoga

Phoned store to check if they had an item in stock. I spoke to a lovely young lady called Paige who assisted me with my query. Later that day I was contacted by another staff member Jason who also was very friendly and extremely helpful. I have to commend both Jason and Paige on their outstanding customer service!! They both went above and beyond to assist me. In the future rather than purchasing from our local Anaconda store I would definitely travel to Anaconda Slacks Creek as they provide exceptional customer service.

Always a great Anaconda with a larger range of stock types.
