Big shout out to Alston at the Snooze Logan store for assisting my partner and I on Saturday in getting a new bed frame. We were happy with the information regarding collecting our item from the warehouse and not once felt pressured into buying anything extra. A fantastic salesperson!

Very happy with our first purchase from Snooze at Logan. We spent an hour or so trying out mattress suited to our needs and walked away with the perfect mattress at 50% off during their sale. I would also like to particularly give praise to the snooze delivery team. John was quick to arrange our delivery after we stuffed around a bit he slid us right in for the next day delivery. The guys were spot on with the time frame they provided me with, and they were all around a great bunch of people to deal with

She assisted us with finding our sleep types, reviewing different mattresses and spent time showing us through every bed relevant. The service from Jade was 5 star. She took the time to find what mattress suited me best, showed me a few that she thought I would like, & when I declared "This is the one!" after laying on what felt like a slice of heaven, she didnt pressure me into purchasing on the spot, instead wrote all the details down for me, so I could sleep on it over night!
Ive since received the mattress, & I'm very happy with it!

We have bought beds here a few times over the years. Great personal service and I like that they are not pushy or rushed. Best to come when a big sale is on. Plenty of selection. They have a way of determining the best bed with a machine but do not take it too seriously. RACQ discount is worth it.

Service second to none! We bought a matress from Snooze about 4 years ago. The mattress had some stiching issues. Having a 10 year warranty i called snooze and the immediately contacted their repairers, picked it up, gave us a loan one, fixed it beautifully and delivered it again! I will definitely buy my next mattress here again. Please say thanks to the sub contractors and repairers as well 10/10

Great service. It was awesome to have a test done to see which was the best mattress to suite both of us, and then for it to be on sale was amazing.
