I walked in an noticed a crisp clean store, easy to walk around and no pushy salesperson trying to sell me extras.
James was a polite and respectful gentleman.
The optometrist was equally as lovely.
I took my time and was not told I looked great in all of the frames I tried on. I LOVE my new glasses. I have told everyone I know to stop going to that other place and to go to you!

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door. The optometrist was thorough and patient in explaining my eye test results. I am surprised with the products range, which is trendy and has good quality! I went there 15 minutes earlier than the booking time but I did not have to wait for long.I am very happy with the great customer service.I will definitely recommend my family and friends to go and see for themselves.

I first went to Oscar Wylie two years ago after my regular optometrist closed his business because of covid.
My multifocals I received two years ago have been brilliant so why go anywhere else.

Cindy was extremely helpful and generous with her time and endeavoured to make sure I was happy and comfortable with my new glasses!
