I went to the home entertainment on Thursday afternoon to surprise my son with a video game, a lovely young man named Samuel assisted me in searching for the perfect game. He was so kind, patient and polite. It’s been a very long time since I have encountered such professional customer service, especially by a young team member.

Neat and tidy store. Great for everyday items and decent specials.

There was a mix up with my click and collect order (which happens, the staff are only human). Although it wasn’t a huge issue for me, the staff were extremely apologetic and said they would re-pick my order and call me as soon as it was ready. 15 minutes later I received a call from a lovely young lady who said my order was ready and that they had given me a big box of chocolates to apologise for the mix up. It just goes to show - a little bit of kindness to the staff goes a long way. Very happy with the service today and with the team.

Very spacious and a feel-good atmosphere

Very large store, vast selection available. Quite easy to find, even for someone who hasn't been here before. Store is well kept, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and ready to help with a smile. Trolleys were stacked and ready to go. Lots of stock available.

I put a present 💝 under the Big W Christmas gift tree.

BigW Wetherill Park came to my rescue when I was in urgent need of a green school wide brim hat for my daughter. They had the exact hat I was looking for and I was so grateful. My daughter loves the hat and I couldn’t be happier. I also appreciate BigW’s online systems that keep track of their stock, it makes it easier to plan and find exactly what you need. Thanks BigW for being a lifesaver and for making shopping convenient and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Mathew provided great customer service

This five star rating is directed particularly towards Lisa from the tech department. We asked her about something out of her area (stationery) and she did not hesitate to confirm stock availability and dig one out for us in the back as we could not find it on the shelves. We know she did her best to accommodate us because she took some time to find the item (not exactly a common item). Unfortunately this left a line at the tech counter and some other customers got frustrated about the wait, so if any complaints were made on 06/12/19 at the tech department, they do not reflect the quality of customer service and friendliness shown to us by Lisa.

Whilst I don't shop at Big W often, the times I have, there has been plenty of stock!

Considering we are in a pandemic, people should take a step back and breathe!

You won't always find someone to help but most people have a smart phone to use for navigation.

Can I say how relaxed and chill the staff are they seem so happy (Friendly). Tried to price match a game. Easy and effortless, showed them my phone. Easy. Will be coming back, definitely. BEST BIG W BY FAR!

Always shop in here the price is responsible

Today, for the first time I visited Wetherill Park Big W to pick up an online order.

The Big W staff that served me were extremely friendly & professional at the Service Desk.

Natalie helped me sought out my online order. Jay went out of his way to assist me today. Jay, The Friendly Manager, sorted out my ""bulk"" order & assisted me to the carpark.

Jay is a prime example of a true Aussie legend and Big W Wetherill Park is truly blessed to have his professional services!

Usually has everything im after, shelves are stocked and tidy... unlike other areas B----t---...

Massive shoutout to the lovely worker in the pink shirt at the self serve check outs for holding on to my wallet that I misplaced. I looked every where and luckily she was sweet enough to hold it for me. Sorry for the sweaty hugs but I appreciate you alot! 🤗🤗

Today I was helped out by the wonderful manager Jay. He helped obtain a product that I needed, and also checked if I was short on any other essentials. He walked me out to let staff know that the products were already paid for. Far beyond regular service. I highly recommend Big W Wetherill Park
