Kmart Wetherill Park

Why I gave Kmart five stars.
When you walk into the store, you are greeted by a person with a smile or hello.
To me that is important.
Because it makes me feel like I’m welcome, and important.
When you say Hello to the staff they respond with a smile . They don’t just walk past you, even the manager has got the time to say hello and how can I help you.
NOW THATS GOOD MANAGEMENT AND GOOD STAFF.

The young worked “Alexia” had the best work ethic and organisation skills I had seen in a while as well as very well mannered she helped he find a few items for my daughter with no trouble

A young woman by the name of alexia semcockski I believe had amazing customer service, she has a bright future in the retail world. Her service was 15/10 ⭐

I am a busy mom and i gladly had to make time to write this. Today i was at this store and i was served by Mimi at the check out
What amazing customer service she gave me
I had my baby with me and she was helpful and patience.
She packed my plates properly so they wouldn't break.
It might seem like not much but she did it well and fast and i needed it that
She truly does her job properly
Been too kmart so many times in the past and never wrote a review before.

I have had my passport photos printed out at Harvey Norman (HN) and Officeworks (OW) previously, and none of their service could compare to K-mart. I was served by Bec tonight at around 8:10pm. She was absolutely amazing and very accommodating with my requests (how to use the machines and cut the printout into separate passport photos)

Additionally, the printing machines here at K-mart are so much better than HN and OW.

I will keep coming back here for this service.

Also, please let Bec knows that she has done a great job. Well done Bec !!

Well it's a Kmart store.... The real question is why are you reading this? I guess it's because you've either never been to a Kmart store before (which is really unlikely - let's be honest). Or you are really bored... I’m thinking the later is the case with you. Don't get me wrong, I understand. I totally get it. After all I am writing this review...

So yer.... It's a Kmart store. Much like every other Kmart store you've ever been to...

Went to get prints and a mug done on Monday, wasn't sure what I was doing. Rebecca came and helped me. So helpful and professional. Thank you so much Rebecca I really appreciated your help. 10/10

Super organised! New favourite Kmart store. Easy to navigate; good stock and great variety. One thing about Kmart is they try to have similar setting with all the other stores which makes it easier for the customer to shop around. You will never walk out buying only one product.

Courtney was extremely helpful assisting me and my blind husband last week. I was after a bike which was heavy, she went and got a trolley and loaded the bike into it for me. She was extremely helpful and very caring towards us which we really appreciated. She also went to the back to get me a item which wasn’t on the floor, overall she was very helpful with everything I needed today. After helping me in that area she guided me in the right direction for my next item, which was very much appreciated.
Also the lady at the front door(don’t remember her name it was a older lady) was very nice and greeted us and pointed us in the right direction which is always helpful
Overall I hope that these 2 employees get recognised for the fantastic customer service that they show

It's a pretty big store..kept pretty well tidy all the time which makes it much easier to find exactly what you need. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Harmony on service desk was an absolute gem.

Had a Screw Puncture my Tyre , a bit of a wait on a Sunday but tyre plugged and all fixed up.

I attend Wetherill Park Kmart today with my partner. We were looking for the ride on quad bike. While looking at the quads we had questions and were given assistance by Aysel (hopefully that's spelled right) she was very polite and extremely helpful, she explained the returns and exchange policy, looked up multiple products and answered all our questions and with a smile the entire time. It's been a long time since receiving such exceptional customer service in kmart. We are extremely grateful for all of Aysels assistance today. We hope head office and the managers of this store recognise what a fantastic employee she is.

Had a terrible experience in Blacktown, but Wetherill Park really brought it back. The staff were like angels here in comparison. Very forthcoming to help when asked for assistance, and polite over the phone. Thanks guys. Appreciate it.

Best best place to shop with reasonable prices staff is very helpful

After 100 days or more in lockdown , I went to practice how to shop again. And I have so much respect for all the staff, They are friendly,patient ,helpful and so brave !!!.It went well!!!

Same quality... as always one thing it did stand up, the place look good and pretty Well organize.
