Universal Store

Went here last sunday, lady who helped me was very patient with me and helped me pick out a pair of shoes for my son, she knew everything she needed to know about what she was selling and had a genuine intrest in helping me pick the perfect pair, ended up getting another pair with the variety i was shown and personal advice given on fashion and past experiences with sizing.
Its great to see managers out of the shop floor working.

Amazing customer service. First time I have walked into a store and had staff offer to distract my screaming toddler while I have a quick look and his sooking was quickly turned to laughter. I did not get the lovely ladies name but thank you for being such a wonderful human. You truly made my day the world needs more of you 🙂

Has great good quality Jean's friendly staff they even helped me get to the anz bank and called to see if my anz nz card can be used with afterpay in australia. Really good staff and nice clothes. Bought a guess jumper on special

How pathetic they don't have any sort of plastic bags they pretty much force you into buying a tote bag for $5. Low act

I never been into any Universe store yet because I find nothing that caught my eyes in store,I dnt like workers who got a stuck up mentality think that they're all that when they only working at a clothes store when I use to work in better place than them and never once had a stuck up mentality
