Staff are great. If you don't want to self serve register the staff will open up a manned register to put your groceries through.

Good outlay of the shop. Clean and spacious

So I was served on register one by a beautiful girl, she was the quickest, most efficient worker there. She packed my bags so well. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to find an item I couldn’t find for myself. Not only was she the best worker there, she is definitely the prettiest. Well done Coles Stocklands, I believe the workers name was Sandra, I don’t 100% remember but I am 99% sure that was her name, cute face, brunette hair and a beautiful smile.

Amazing customer service by Bill. He went above and beyond to help me search for a product that was out of stock on the shelf. Once we found out there was none left in store he got me a rain check so I can still get the sale price once it’s back in stock. Thanks Bill ☺

I had a lovely shopping experience here the other night. I had come in close to closing time and I didn’t mean to be one of those customers that came in last minute and usually I would expect employees to be somewhat annoyed due to a customer coming in near closing time. However, I was quickly rushing to check out my items at self check out although I had required some assistance to scan through some fresh produce and the employee at self check out at the time was so polite and patient with me. From memory, I am pretty sure her name was Mary, (had glasses).

I usually shop at Coles Fairfield West but will definitely be shopping at Wetherill Park every time from now on.

Just thought I would share this lovely shopping experience as you mostly see supermarket employees in ‘robot mode’ when working. But thanks Mary for making my day, even though it was a quick interaction.

Less crowded than its neighboring shop, Woolworths. Prices are about the same. Looks tidier and cleaner. I like their shopping carts more than the other shop's; they're lighter and easier to push around.

Visited coles to purchase a new phone I was very pleased with their range and got what I was looking for in one shop

This recently opens coles, is a lot bigger than other. It's clean, well staffed and well stocked. Everything is near and organized. There's a decent amount of checkouts, and also the self service check out which actually works. The pricing is good, and very competitive. Surprisingly, there was team members around to answer questions and help.

Great staff, happy to help and are super friendly, nice wide isles, easy to move around, provides a quiet shopping experience at specified time for thoes with sensory issues. Thourally enjoy shopping here.

I always like to shop at Coles.They never are going to put a price on the shelves and mark another one higher went you go to the cashier. I never saw them taking the chickens and meat to change the dates so you cannot reliese they are off until you get home.
I had very bad expiriences with some of the people working at the delicatesen Wollies Bonyrigjg. They scream on you don't put attention at what they are doing and treat the customers like if they would be there distracted them in each other conversation even if the supervisers are in front of them. No one has any control about that. I'm not want they y o put me a red carpet for me when I'm there but a little respect would be nice and helpful.At Coles I never have those problems.The staff there are always nice respectful and very helful. Today I visited Coles st Stocklands and I could enjoy my shoping and take aventege of many offers they have to help us.Thank you to them all.That's the way to keep the customers.

Like always, I love doing my shopping at this store..Coles Wetherill park it's very convenient, really organised,clean(covid safe)and very friendly awesome workers/ staff, the best.

One of my favorites shopping location, neat, clean, tidy, food quality is always very good and meet my expectation.

Easy to navigate and shop, I prefer to shop in the evening bevause it’s quieter, less people and you can find items that are reduced in price
