Hi wanted to share re great service experience every time I visit the Wetherill park store with big smile and help from Ecjay .
Most of the time I just browse around that I end up purchasing with assistance and help from the staff Ecjay particularly last 26th of October before 1400 pm .
Really excellent service and welcome .I bought nice pair of boots

Staff was very helpful especially the store manager she was very sweet and helpful and the store was very organised I loved how all the shoes were displayed. Huge variety of shoes.

Worst customer service experience ever at this particular store in Stockland Mall. The massive and short filo woman looks angry and rude. Her attitude is worse than a Garbo! Absolutely unacceptable customer service behaviour from this woman. She knows nothing about the store product. When you asked her a question she just shrugged both of her shoulders. Why does Novo employed such low intelligent people like her working for them. Such a waste of time. Never go back there again that's for sure.

Shoes only lasted 3 months before they all split and fell apart. Spoke to Novo who said it’s general wear and tear. What an absolute joke to tell me their shoes don’t last past a few months. 2 pair bought around the same

Told I’ve worn them out and there is nothing that can be done. Definitely won’t be buying from novo again, Terrible quality shoes. Who can afford to replace shoes every 3 months. I’ve got target shoes that are still in good condition and are years old.

Terrible customer service. No wonder staff are painting the store instead of serving customers. Very unhelpful if you have an issue as staff will ignore you and aren't knowledgeable on the products they sell. Shoes are not of good quality either. First and last time I shop with them

I came into the wetherill park store to exchange a pair of shoes that i was given a wrong size and LIVA the assistant manager was absolutely no help whatever, and was so rude.
