Visited a Chemist Warehouse where every person I spoke with about a product, pointed to where I might find it, but I didn’t; so I went to HomeCo North Lakes where the lady actually took me to the item I needed and explained options available. Congratulations to the staff at North Lakes HomeCo Chemist Warehouse. You are truly amazing. We ALWAYS receive incredible customer service there. Thank you. Joan Suosaari.

Was easily able to find what I needed and checked out within a few minutes.

The store is easy enough to locate and there is plenty of free parking outside.

Would come back here again for the convenience so that I don't have to go inside the neighbouring Westfield and lose time navigating through there.

The staff are extremely helpful in store or over the phone. The customer service I received about a week ago, was simply outstanding. They went out of their way to help. Keep up the good work team and thank you for a great shopping experience.

Good clean store with plenty of stock and parking and open very late hours. They cater for clients and not themselves. Have plenty of RAT tests in stock also when we required them. Well done!

Never had an issue with the team; always quick and polite. Wish I was not there as often (ha) but cant complain about being there when I am. Always spot on and working hard to serve everyone!

You don't need to fight for a park and the chemist is right at the entrance of the building. The girls on the floor and checkouts are helpful and friendly and I've never had an issue finding what I want in stock.

Great big store with all the usual. Easy to access and there is always a park outside the centre.

Maybe its just me.. but whenever a staff member takes some extra time to explain something I am unsure about.. that is what customer service is all about for me.. thank you!
