Kmart North Lakes

Had to go into Kmart today to customer service and I had to swap and change a few things with vouchers and after pay etc, wasn’t as straight forward but……Kurt I think his name was he is such a nice guy, super friendly and helpful and was a total pleasure to be served by.
I hope he sees this as I think people should feel good when they did something good 😊

I just picked up a click and collect this morning (mind you it’s Black Friday and Christmas shopping craziness) and Laura at the service desk was amazing. She was efficient, kind and willing to help. She put my stuff aside so I could go grab a trolley, unpacked a kids chair out of the box so it could fit in the trolley. Nothing over the top but the experience was swift and lovely and you could tell she wanted to help, and I think at this time of year that stuff needs to be recognised and applauded. Thanks for some awesome customer service Laura :)

Had a good experience shopping, especially at the cash register, their employee (Billy) gave me a wonderful experience and was really helpful. 5/5 star mostly for billy

Thank you to the young girl in menswear finding my boys jackets and having them sent to my local store. I wish I got her name as she was so helpful and lovely.
Kmart you have a wonderfully staff member here that goes above and beyond. I’m sad I don’t have her name as she really was exceptional.

Did a click and collect. Ordered about 10am and then booked the pick up for 4pm in the car park. Wasn't sure where the click and collect was but called the store and Tori was very helpful. Pretty easy all in all

The staff are great. Sometimes people are a bit strange here maybe because it's Westfield 😆. Staff are always very helpful. Lots of young people but they're still very professional and committed.

Best store in SEQ! If I need something for my kid cousin I come here to get it their kids section is amazing.

Nice staff too but there are barely ever any on check outs it’s always self serve.

What can I say?? I am a huge fan of Kmart!! (Who isn’t? 😁) Usually Kmart doesn’t disappoint me, when I am having some impulsive ideas of re-organising a space to expanding my fashion accessories (in a budget) Although my local store (Kmart North Lakes) sometimes lack some items or go out of stock quickly.
As for the staff, I never met anyone who worked there being rude or not helpful so far🤞 Everyone works there are really wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Needed to buy items to put in a bag I was donating to kids in care. I was able to buy the backpack, clothes, underwear and a toy for $40. I love going to Kmart because there's always so many different things coming in all the time and always affordable. Plus this time of year kids winter clothes are down to $2 so I stock up for my granddaughters for next season.

Basically just like most Kmarts, place appears to be busy all the time, checkout and stock are still a problem, but we have taken to using the online service with a bit more success.

We just had the most amazing customer serve from Hannah in fitting rooms.
We were trying to get another size shirt for my husband and Hannah was so polite and helpful went above and beyond to help us with a smile very rare these days. Thank you 🙏

Horrible shop 😂, you go in looking for one thing and come out with a hundred! Honestly great shop tons of stuff, kmarts great in general. So many cute things and at super good prices, my only complaint is the website, it is very unreliable when your looking for availability, sometimes it right sometimes it’s not, friendly staff, just need to update website. Sometimes long lines on weekends but they go by pretty fast. They have photo printing services but there machines are rather difficult to use but if you ask the staff they will help! Awesome shop, Love Kmart.

Easy to find, near Ikea at the back of North Lakes shopping center, with undercover parking close by. Huge range, great prices. Love their range of kids toys. Can be very busy at peak times. Worth a visit.

Kmart doesn't need a review - we all know they are so awesome we just hand our hard earned dollars over without hesitation or compromise 😂💓🤦🏻‍♂
