Bunnings Rothwell

My husband Dean drove me to Bunnings yesterday to buy equipment we needed for home cleaning.
After two years of not having ability to do too much after a fall caused by a Sciatic Nerve I am improving and needed items we had before.
First lady assistant showed us where to find a Feast and Watson product so helpful and pleasant.
Then man helped us find a good floor cleaner and broom which we needed and could not remember where they were.
We left Bunnings extremely touched at the staff who took care of us. Always a pleasure to deal with Bunnings.
Whatever you need Bunnings will have it!

I went in to buy fire extinguisher, could not find them and got lost. One of the member Zach assisted me in finding them, make things a lot easier he is deaf as well as I am which smooth the communication rather than taking the time pulling out a phone type down what I want to say. Thanks again Zach for your assistance.

Bunnings rothwell... amazing service with lots of product information extremely helpful with special orders ... for sum reason a special offer with arlec air-conditioning units for Melbourne residents only was in there website as I brought it to there attention they enquired into it for me and honour the special a air-conditioning unit valued at 700 dollars was 200 dollars then add the power pass discount I ended up paying $190.00 dollars for the unit now that's absolutely amazing they have great arlec grid connect products ibe fitted into my home orion cameras led colour bulbs led sound sync strip lights now arlec grid connect air-conditioning unit all controlled via my phone I use my power pass and scan all products with phone pay for it then walk out no line no weighting and have e receipt to shoe on the way out now that's great service I get allocated a tram member to be able to ring ahead of time to have items ready to go so yea Bunnings is 100% 5 star and more they are easy to deal with I've talked to managers and they take note if I have suggestions so it makes life easy and extremely productive any follow up questions are answered and fast ... great parking the layout in store is easy to find products and extremely massive with wife range of products... thank you Bunnings team ...

Just like other Bunnings' Stores, thisnone at Rothwell didnt disappoint. The only issue was it didnt have the chairs i wanted in stock so i bought a different set. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience as usual.

Good, needs more leather gloves with full dexterity but other than that really good. You will have to order very little as they will have it in stock more than often.

I have had dealings with the special order section of late at this store and I found Blake and Donna’s Customer Service is exemplary. They both went above and beyond for me and I really have appreciated it. Thank you to you both.

I just wanted to say thank you to DAVE and BEC whom were outstanding in there professionalism.
I had a issue with a gerni at morayfield were i had pursched it from.
Trying to receive help from morayfield was a nightmare and i was at the point of giving up until i thought i would try one last time but at rothwell. I approached Dave forst who was absolutely amazing so thabk you Dave you gave me reminded me that there are lovely people out there. He made sure to grab someone higherbto be able to get the answer and along came Bec, bec went above and beyond while running for a meeting, Bec made sure to call me back after finding the answer. I legit was so happy with the respect and support from this store ( Dave and Bec ) thank you so much once again.. i definitely recommended Rothwell.bunnings out of any here on the northside of brisbane .

First world problem !.
I need a ute- 6pm on a Monday. WHAT !?!?
I rush to the help desk,
I'm in a Hilux ute within 20 minutes- 4hrs - no problem !
I was in awe of how well I was advised and supported. A very special thank you to Ximena and Jade whom were so efficient, knowledgeable and most of all kind.
My drama was not so, thanks to you both !

Now, the return of the hire was the easiest.
Again, Ximena had me processed and out so efficiently. No problems- thanks to all earlier advice and information.

A very well stocked Bunnings. Staff are usually very helpful, and there is usually someone who can answer technical questions.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Generally good parking even with a trailer.

Always a great place to go who doesn't love Bunnings!! I am sure we should have shares in them. The hours open are great as you can shop early or late to avoid the heat. Even if I go to browse always come out with something!!
Picture is of our grandson helping Poppy get home a huge garden rake....it's got to be his favourite store of all time as he goes to look at all the 'wheels' with Poppy! The staff even turned the Barrow inside down for him to touch the wheels....he was so elated!!

Bunnings staff are usually well trained, always polite & in a smaller store like Rothwell can order in items for you.

Love this Bunnings, staff are extremely helpful, friendly and know their products. Plenty of parking , right off Anzac Avenue so easy to find. A cafe for a pit stop recharge and the all time favourite in our family the kids trolley.

Always helpful, same as any other Bunnings.
