Amart Furniture Warana

DANNY and SUE were amazingly helpful and polite and genuine. It’s customer service I personally haven’t experienced in years. They helped my elderly Mother and I with an exchange & purchase of an electric recliner chair. They provide an exceptionally high benchmark of professional customer service.

Jason went above and beyond to help me replace a damaged leg of our new outside table. I was trying to finish a big house move when one of the legs broke during install, instead of sending me to warranty which would have delayed the install by weeks, he swopped a leg out from his display. Very impressed, great culture

Had an amazing experience with Marie at this store. She was kind and friendly and genuinely wanted to help me get exactly what I wanted. I couldn't recommend her enough! Thanks for caring about what you do and wanting to help people find what suits them! You are a gem! 😁😁

Went to purchase furniture. Debbie the sales lady was very friendly, helpful & efficient. Pics are of a lovely cushion I saw in there that I wish to go back & purchase.

We have been to this particular Amart furniture shop a number of times now and have always received excellent customer service. Anne served us today and offered us some great deals especially in the bed and mattress department.

Bought Dining suite March 21 and a chair broke recently
Came with a 5 year G/- so contacted 31/1 to discuss
Recd an auto reply email stating up to 72 hours to respond
Sent FU email 8/2 after nil response within 192 hours
Phoned store 10/2 after nil response to above
Lady spoken to said the claim had been denied and an email sent.
The claim was further denied after my 8/2 FU and another email sent.
I told the lady we had never seen an email and that our junk mail was clear and that we had recd an initial reponse email so someone has our details correct.
Still nothing in writing so I have no idea of the reasoning.
I am not concerned about the $ anymore but am very concerned about how we have been treated
Cannot rec Amart for customer service and or follow up.

Called in to have a look at some chairs & ended up purchasing a beautiful recliner with all the bells & whistles. Very helpful sales lady & happy with the price. Choice of delivery day, so we're happy with our buy😊

Ordered online, notified as soon as it arrived, called as per instructions, actually got someone with a personality and had a joke which is rare these days. Delivery and everything sorted out quickly with prompt invoicing. Highly recommend.

Can't complain about the service. Frankly, better than Freedom Furniture. We had our stuff delivered within a week. Freedom we were waiting a month and the staff are rude. When part of the order didn't arrive, Amart staff were most apologetic, it was delivered within the next couple of days and we were only hit for one delivery fee for 2 deliveries. Obviously it's not the highest quality in the world (you get what you pay for) but it suits our needs and the staff are great.

Great service, furniture and price. Had dining room table 6 chairs and 2 buffets delivered on time. 1 problem table top scratched and marked. Contacted a mart was offered a discount if i wanted to keep table or they would replace it i about 4 weeks. I could use the damaged one in the mean time. I decided to wait for replacement as i love the suite and i would be unhappy with the damaged one. All of this was done pleasantly by the store staff. I have read some bad reviews but my experience so far has been good. Waiting to see what happens in 4 weeks.

So in my personal experiences i have seen many bad reviews about this store but i have always been one to form my own opinion through personal experience! I recently bought $1800 worth of furniture and i am so impressed, not just with quality and looks but the impeccable service i received fron multiple staff members on multiple occasions. My dining table unfortunately came with a sizeable ding and they were quick to respond to my email and the issue was resolved with no issues at all. I can honestly say i would recommend anyone to this store and i will definitely be back again! Keep up the awesome work Super Amart Warana.

We recently purchased a lounge suite from Warana AMart requiring 2 separate deliveries . The sales person Debbie was very helpful and the service was great but the delivery guys were absolutely marvellous. I don’t know their names but it was the guys who deliver to the Beerwah area on Saturdays. We had the same guys both times. They were friendly, cheerful, efficient and a pleasure to meet. Thank you delivery guys. Job well done. And Buddy the dog says thanks for all the pats!

Stephan in the back dock was awesome. He helped us put the item we bought in a very small place with patience and good humour. He went way above and beyond the expectations of his job and we are super grateful for the help.

I visited your Warana outlet on the Sunshine Coast Qld on 8 March 2019. I was warmly greeted by a young lady sales person named Lindsay. I purchased a bedroom suite and a mattress.Lindsay is the type of person I would employ without hesitation. She was courteous, very knowledgeable, and being attended to by her was a very shopping experience. SHE HAS VERY POSITIVE AND REFRESHING CUSTOMER SKILLS THAT DO NOT EXIST IN THIS COUNTRY ANYMORE. Do not lose people of this calibre.

So refreshing to see that some people still value the customer. Debbie was just lovely, she did everything possible to ensure our experience at Amart Warana was worth coming back for. Thanks Debbie 😊

What a delightful store and staff. Friendly bend over back service for me and my wife moving from Sydney to Sunshine Coast. The Warana store management kept our order for over 30days and kept the sale price on everything and never pestered us on the delay of our final payment or new shipping address. The furniture removalists came to our new property in Twin Waters on Monday 27th March at exactly 11:00am as promised. They were friendly professional and very considerate to place all the furniture carefully into each room of our home. What a delight to be treated so respectfully. The driver even offered information such as restaurants to eat at, shops for my wife to go to, with our brand new bubs and stores for shopping to get familiar with the area. Great quality for the money, and friendly service no one can beat. Thank you staff and team at Warana Super Amart, you've made this Sydney family feel very welcome to the Sunshine Coast.
