Quality Product & Service. I have had my White Timber Venetian blinds from Accent Blinds installed and I absolutely love them such a fresh modern feel. Great quality! The staff were so helpful, I have quite a long window which can open on either side. I thought it would be one long blind and the rep was so helpful and gave honest advice on how to have the blinds be visually appealing from the inside as well as the outside and practical. I could'nt be happier. I've added a pic of when they were being installed. Thank you

The price from Accent Blinds was very competitive and the quality is great. I have a beach house and the Plantation Shutters have really added that wow factor. I also got Roller blinds that were high quality and inexpensive. The installer, Mark, was punctual,courteous and pleasant and did an amazing job fitting all blinds meticulously. I would absolutely recommend Accent and would definitely use them again. Very happy with the result. Thank You.

Great service from the time I attended the Accent Showroom, to the appointment being made, to the person who came to measure the windows for the blinds to the installers. The person who came to measure and show samples answered all my questions. The blinds were delivered and installed 15 days after I attended the showroom and the installers were interest, fast and efficient.

Accent blinds did a great job for me. From my sales quote to installation, i had lovely and professional people that i dealt with, they all did a fantastic job and the blinds were installed in 3 weeks, exactly the time frame that i was told. Thank you Accent for my beautiful blinds.

I ordered White Timber Venetians from Accent and absolutely love them! They give my home that clean modern look and really picked up a room that didn't get much light in... The service was great and Ana the customer service Rep was fantastic to deal with.

Made the call to their office and was told that a representative would make a call to arrange a time to call at our house.
This happened and the individual was very helpful in suggesting blind types and colour to suit our requirements. We advised the representative that we were getting quotes but this did not effect his diligence in completing his work and we were very pleased with his quote and thanked him for his service. I advised him that we would contact his office once we had reviewed all the other quotes and let them know if they were successful or not

The product is good quality however; all of their production is in China and it takes 6-8 weeks for anything to be ready - even a minor replacement part.

Initially quite good, install scheduled relatively quickly and told there was a lifetime guarantee. Paperwork says otherwise and they refuse to honour the lifetime guarantee, or the 5 year warranty. Aftercare non-existent and they ignore requests for repair under warranty, lie about the reasons for it and then ignore your emails and calls until the warranty period is over, then refuse to make good their repair because the period is over.

Installed blinds for us in our two skylights just over five years ago. About 18 months ago I noticed the silicone seals were coming loose on one of them in our baby's room, and the frame was beginning to drop. Multiple phone calls and voicemails went unanswered, requests for call-backs ignored. After the warranty period ended and my own tenacity at calling finally I got an answer of "We were bought out a few years ago and aren't honouring anything from the old company." When I told them that wasn't satisfactory and requests for management to call were also ignored, I went to emails. They copped out, refusing to take responsibility for the fact one of their installs had clearly failed and that they had a duty to make it right.

When I told them they would be liable if it fell and injured my child, they still refused to come and repair and told me it was MY responsibility to take it down if I thought it was dangerous. I was just on the verge of taking legal action when we were presented with an opportunity to upsize to a new house and we have sold the current property. While I still want Accent Blinds to take responsibility for their substandard install on ONE of the blinds (the other is fine, so clearly the install for the faulty one is their fault), the fact we are now moving is taking it out of our hands. It is up to the new owners how voracious they want to be with the staff, who at best are ignorant and at worst incompetent in dealing with our complaint.

A friend paid a deposit that was "policy" and was promised it would be ready in 3 weeks. Understandable it was over Christmas. So 6 weeks was ok, but at 6 weeks was asked if anyone would be home to finalise measurements, in other words the door had not even been started yet. According to their "policy" if the job is cancelled and the job has begun the manufacturing of tge door, a fee is to be paid.
She cancelled the job eventhough the door had not even been started on, they insisted on the cancellation fee.

After 4 weeks of trying to get an answer and several assurances that from "Julie" would return our call with a answer, which she didn't, again the cancellation fee was not refunded.

Moral of the story, a company who doesn't follow there policy, a company full of false promises and assurances, and un-reliable staff.

I think who ever supplies this company possibly hunter douglass needs to review companies like these, who are poorly run.

We purchased blinds roughly 1 year ago, we chose a white swatch, during the installation I was at work, once I came home I noticed they installed blueish/grey blinds (picture available to see), I called them up multiple times and multiple emails but said that’s what we chose, I had a balance of 50% which I said I wasn’t going to pay until it has been changed, they still wouldn’t do anything about it and kept demanding the money, since then they have sold the remaining 50% balance as a debt and is now a default under my name. Honestly one of the worst experiences I have had with a company, I really want this sorted out
