My partner recommended the store having been a previous customer and they didn’t disappoint. Raj, Moon and the team at Sleepys Prospect provided exceptional and personable customer service to help me find a bed to suit my scoliosis. Their professionalism and friendly approach eased my anxiety about the whole process. The arranged delivery and old mattress pick up was also made easy. I’ve had my new Dynasty Sleepmaker mattress for 2 weeks now and it’s so supportive and comfortable. My back feels more supple already.

Gail Manca is an exceptional lady that is very knowledgeable about the products on offer. Selecting, testing and buying a mattress is not an easy activity. Having a person that is not just driven by sales but is truely sharing her knowledge of selecting a mattress really assisted us in making a decision. A huge thank you Gail, we have been to so many mattress shops and outlets, and experiencing so many different types of people showed us clearly that you had our best interest at heart. I would highly recommend this shop and going in to meet Gail, as a good night sleep is an important step to having a great day.

Yolanda and her team were fantastic. We instantly felt comfortable entering the store and didn’t feel bothered like we had in neighbouring stores. Yolanda took the time to understand our budget and needs, and explain the features of each mattress, even offering examples of ‘good, better, best’ within our budget. It was a great experience that wasn’t stressful at all, and we were glad to be able to invest in a mattress that is Australian made. Thanks all!

Me and my wife had been looking for a mattress for a few weeks and didn’t not get the customer service or expertise that Yolanda and Raj provided. Thanks to them we now have our dream bed they were very accommodating to our needs and all round just couldn’t be happier with the service and definitely felt compelled to give you guys that feedback!

The experience here was perfect. All of the attendants we spoke to were very knowledgeable and made the experience quick, easy and painless. They assisted us to pick the right mattress and pillows and had some great pricing.

We were given a good advice on what works for us the sales person Raj was very honest not trying to push a product over another one.
