I recently had the pleasure of purchasing from Michael from Snooze Prospect. His knowledge of the products was impressive, and he took the time to understand my preferences and needs. I was shopping around for a mattress to suit my needs as I have been dealing with back problems lately, I went to a lot of different mattress places but did not come across the customer service that I experienced at Snooze, JACK was truly a professional and quite knowledgeable, He gave me the time that I needed to make a decision on buying the right mattress for my specific needs, I would like to add what a patient human being he is.
I spent quite some time feeling the mattresses and he gave me all the relevant information required to understand the quality, use and price of the mattress, JACK made me feel as if I was at home in my comfort zone I felt absolutely no pressure in picking a mattress that I wanted.
He advised me on the best deals and made my family feel special and happy.

We had Jack help us out when finding a new bed, mattress and bedhead. He was super patient with our 3yo who wanted to try all the beds with us. He provided great service and made our decision easy.

We recently went into Snooze to look for a new mattress and bed frame.
We had a budget and an idea what we wanted. Jack was very accommodating, he listened to our request, knew exactly what we wanted. Gave us a few options and fully explained what each mattress provides.
Jack made our visit in store enjoyable with his lovely easy going nature and making necessary communication adjustments (we both are deaf) to ensure that we were getting the right information.
We both left feeling content, knowing that we made the right decision with our purchase.

Jack has been just amazing. We went to this store first with no knowledge of mattresses. Told Jack that we want to explore options & would most probably be back the next day. We went to Forty Winks & Snooze in Castle Hill but none of those stores were able to explain in a way Jack did. Amazing person with the best knowledge. I can personally vouch & say that once you tell him what you are looking for, you would go ahead with the first option he will recommend.

I’ll also like to encourage people to visit this Snooze store over others since the price you get here, I can guarantee that you will NOT get that at any other store. Thanks a lot Jack!

We've been in and out of the major names bedding shops in the past weeks, laying on countless mattresses. We were served by Jack today at prospect store. Very knowledgeable bloke. We were so impressed that we purchased the Sealy mattress on the spot.

Jack from snooze prospect was fantastic . He was very knowledgeable and helpful in picking our mattress. He wasn't pushy and it was a pleasant experience. We bought the madison mattress and can't wait to use it. Would recommend!

You should give your staff, Jack, some commission because the quality of service he provided for us was outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest when recommending the beds and mattresses for me and my parents. Trustworthy!

Went all over Sydney looking for a new bed frame and mattress, but Snooze Prospect was the best by far! Shout out to Dom, he was amazing, incredibly helpful, knew his stuff and was so patient as I worked through what I wanted and met my budget. Highly recommend a visit!

Amne and Jack provided the best customer service. We were welcomed in right from the start and made to feel comfortable, even getting a coffee! So happy with our purchase from here. Customer service tops any of the other shops we visited so we found exactly what we needed to fit our life style.

Jack has been amazing in helping us buy our new mattress. We have been to multiple different stores and no one has taken the time to find us the mattress we need the way Jack has. He has worked with us over a number of days, and even came in to meet us on his day off to suit our own schedules, to ensure he could help us find the mattress that would best suit us. He has such an extensive range of knowledge - I didn’t know that so much thought went into mattresses! Strong orientation to customer service and quality range of beds.

Wide selection of beds with different comfort levels. Which was able to be filtered out with the aid of the Snooze profiler. This allowed me to spend more time on the custom selection that aided me to make a more informed decision on my purchase. Overseeing this was a staff member Bandish, who was informative about the products and patient when I was testing out the bed range.
Throughout the sale the staff members did not try to up sell a different bed but trying to ensure that the one chosen is the most comfortable. In the end I ended up not just buying a bed but comfortable sleep.

A huge thank you to Jack, who was highly professional and provided so much information and care around which mattresses and pillows would facilitate quality sleep. Top tier customer service!

I hardly leave reviews but this store is a special mention. I am completely blown out of the water with the level of friendliness, professionalism and knowledgeable staff. With a few quick questions I was kindly directed to mattresses suitable to my needs. I got honest feedback to my queries and straight to the point input of selecting a mattress that I know I'm going to be using for a long time. Never felt pressured, got plenty of time with the sales reps and some fun banter of my condition requiring a specific type of mattress. Already sharing the stories I've had in the store with my circle of mates. Gonna name drop Dom is the go to guy for all your needs. He was well spoken, polished and so comprehensive in his knoweldge. Really look forward to coming back and dealing with him again.
