Went in today as I direly needed a mattress and couch for my house and met the lovely Grace who was so helpful, well informed of the products in stock, cheerful, and funny. She helped me out so much to ensure my couch made the next available delivery window so I finally have something to sit on in my house. She is the epitome of great customer service 😊

Today we went to buy a lounge. I was served by Nick. I cannot speak highly enough of the service. He was patient answer our many questions. He was so friendly and polite it was like being with a friend. I never felt pressured to buy or hurried to make decision.
Nick explained in detail the process for manufacture and delivery. Honestly I’d shop here again for the service alone.

I would like to give a big shout out to the gentleman who served me today “ Jed” or “ Jett”
He couldn’t have been more helpful, courteous and professional. Following my purchase due to my poor eyesight he offered to put the side table together for me. This gesture was very much appreciated and he made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Jed for being such a hardworking professional and for taking the time to be a nice person. I love my little table too it’s just what I was searching for!

Great customer service. The furniture we wanted was not available at the Prospect warehouse but GRACE at L1 helped us in a very good way to get the furniture ordered and delivered via different branch.

Excellent Customer Service, I bought recliner few years ago and its started damaging, I requested for the repair which was in guarantee period, Bianca from Fantastic customer service assisted me and gladly refunded the amount. I am really happy with their service and surely will always go first to Fantastic furniture for all my future purchases of Furniture items and recommend others as well.

Ordered click and collect on the 23rd dec at 6pm got a msg saying it was ready and a phone call in the morning to pick up.... also when i picked up the warehouse team were friendly and helped put the bed in the car will definitely be back and will recommend to everyone.

We purchased a home package, Everything ran very smoothly. All items were available on time, they kept our furniture in their store room till our new house was ready, ALL the staff were very professional, helpful, and have terrific customer service. We had to exchange 1 item that was to large nothing was a problem. Everything went very smoothly. I have been dealing with a warranty matter recently and Rachel at Prospect has been absolutely outstanding in transparency, communication and ultimately getting the matter resolved promptly. Highly recommend this store and dealing with Rachel in particular. Couldnt ask for anything more in terms of customer service.

Fantastic Furniture was a fantastic experience. Great range under one roof. We visited the sofas section. Suzie D was our host and she looked after our questions and needs always with a smile. We finally managed to finalize our purchase with so many options to select from. Eagerly looking forward for our sofas.
