I cannot praise the exceptional service we received from Nick enough! Amidst our struggles to order an oven online, facing out-of-stock challenges and an hour-long wait on the phone, Nick stepped in during our in-store visit. Despite the oven being invisible on the website, they went above and beyond to secure the same model for us. Their assistance turned a potential headache into a delightful experience.
It might have been a normal day for Nick but we truly appreciate this!

Neatly dressed, prompt n very well mannered. We get a text in the morning about delivery time and within the minutes u were able to get things ready. First the team leader assessed the entrance then if u needed anything moved away he would tell u so u can get it done promptly.We had about 2 flights of stairs to go up (24 steps) n had a very tight situation our doorways had limited space only millimeters from scraping the sides n top of our Arched Entrance. At this moment most guys would leaked out a few swear words but these guys were calm n very pro about it. Bit by bit they adjusted with precision n care n in some moments I thought they would of scratched the fridge for sure but no the team leader guided his assistant n they nailed it first time. Definitely 5stars for sure. Will come back to Goodguys Again n Again as I have previously have done before but this time the team were seperb..

I recently visited Good Guys Blacktown for purchasing Gas Cooktop, Oven, Dishwasher, Microwave, and Range hood. Dustin helped me in making the product selections. He is very knowledgeable and the quotes provided was also very competitive. I would recommend Good Guys Blacktown for any kitchen appliances purchase.

I went to buy a microwave today that wasn't in stock in Penrith's store. Penrith checked online and advised that the unit I wanted was available at Prospect. I was greeted as soon as I entered the Prospect store and directed to the area I needed. The purchase was organised quickly and easily, as was the pick up from the loading dock. Each person I dealt with was pleasant and helpful and the whole process took only 10 minutes.

Had a lovely experience at this location. Not our local store as it was out of stock.
Spoke to Carol R over the phone, she was extremely helpful and kind-hearted. Carol then organised the docket at front desk for me to collect all in under an hour.
Would definitely go out of my way to purchase here again!

I was very happy with the service. The store manager served me today. I had an online price and he was happy to do the same price in store. I saved $100 on original price for the chest freezer. I am super happy!

Paid a visit into the store yesterday to take advantage of EOFY sales. We dealt with the store manager Dustin “Dusty” and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Dusty took time to work with us and made getting a lot of things for our first home a fun experience. He gave us a great package deal. Definitely recommend Good Guys prospect to anyone and to look for Dusty if you’re keen to get a good price all while having a bit of fun doing so.

Customer service is absolutely exceptional here! These guys are genuinely customer oriented. I was served by a really friendly lady who gave me such great advice in the entertainment section. Even as I left the store, one of the employees kindly asked if I had been served and I said, "very much so thank you!"

Recently purchased a fridge from here and all I can say is that I LOVE IT! The lady (older women) who took our payment was friendly and accommodating to our questions regarding delivery. THEN... We get our delivery.. The gentlemen who delivered our fridge were AWESOME! They came a little later than the specified time (truck trouble) but they were soooo amazingly friendly and apologetic. They tried their hardest to fit our fridge through the doorway but couldn’t, although this transpired we successfully have our fridge ☺ See the good in people and you will receive GREATNESS!
