Oh my word. This coffee blew my socks off (and that’s no mean feat being a coffee snob and all). Rush in for their Christmas edition - it tastes incredibly festive.

Haven’t been in person but I always order coffee beans online from these guys. Coffee is top notch, I’d dare say some of the best I’ve had, the guys are always so lovely whenever I have any questions or queries. Service is definitely at its finest with KAI and I’ve never had any issues. They work for a great cause (read their about us page), are lovely people and roast delicious coffee as they go. I would highly recommend either visiting their cafe or visiting their online store for coffee beans, I’ve never been disappointed. 🫶🏼

I have ordered online several times from Kai Coffee and received top quality beans in super fast time. I live in regional Victoria and normally receive the perfectly roasted beans within 2 to 3 working days. Great product and service.

Stopped in on a recent interstate road trip.. coffee’s bought were delicious and the beans for my filtered coffee have been perfect. Have since made 2 orders which have been dispatched same day and delivered shortly after interstate. Guatemala and Columbia highly recommended for filtered coffee!

Brilliant coffee! These guys know how to do it right. There is heaps of coffee on the Sunny Coast, but not all is good. This is primo coffee and the staff are great! Tucked away in an industrial area, as many great roasters are, and worth the search!

Went here for some coffee beans and was pleasantly surprised. This gorgeous local cafe/coffee roaster is tucked away in an industrial area but as soon as you walk through the doors you are transported to a fresh, calm and inviting space with the most delicious smell of freshly roasted coffee. Looking for beans I was assisted by staff who genuinely listened and made perfect recommendations on what beans to purchase and was then given a free coffee, which isdel8ciously robust, smooth with a slight sweet after taste. Can't recommend this place more highly!!

Excellent coffee roasted right there on site. Good vibe with an industrial decor.

This roaster produces a wide variety of styles of coffee and is really well priced, probably the best value for money of any roaster I've been to.
The beans they roast are top quality and the selection is vest. I'm heading back there in the next couple days to restock.

The Sunshine Coast punches above its weight in terms of good coffee (Padre, Clandestino, Flying West) but Kai is handsdown my favourite. They have a big lineup of single origin beans available, always dated within a day or so of roasting. Try the Ethiopia Hambela or Colombia El Indio, it'll knock your socks off. Great service, and nice little touches like the discount on 1kg of beans, even if you mix and match, and a free takeaway coffee when you grab a bag of beans. This is how you run a coffee business ;)

Perfect Espresso! We tried Kai Coffee on a holiday to the Sunshine Coast and were so amazed at the taste and quality of the beans that we signed up for their monthly Single Origin Subscription. All of the Single Origins have been really good, but the Ethiopian is my absolute favourite.

Knowledge, craft and skill all in one. Beautiful beans, ethics and a great cause to support. Fantastic owners and awesome staff to create a welcoming environment. Everyone here always has a smile to share regardless if you’re a beginner at understanding coffee or an expert. Finally found the best coffee on the Sunshine Coast. These boys get how it works, Matt’s knowledge and epic customer service sealed the deal but the flavour of the beans they are roasting are spot on! Super generous letting me taste multiple varieties before grinding me some tasty beans for a cold brew. Epic 🤙🤙
