On Tuesday we bought a Refrigerator and were provided with excellent assistance by Alex M.
Alex M was friendly, efficient and had a sound knowledge of the appliances.
We also purchased Premium Delivery. It is true you get what you pay for. We appreciated the email with the tracking link which we found helpful. The gentlemen were very friendly, efficient and very careful not to damage anything.

Had the absolute pleasure of porting my mobile phone service to Telstra from Vodafone with Jade from the Kawana store. Jade was above and beyond helpful. She made sure every customer nearby had someone to assist with their queries all while helping me efficiently and promptly. Added bonus… I received a $600 in store gift voucher!

Today I went to kawana to purchase several items . I can not express how happy I was with my salesman John T . He was friendly , knowledgeable and over and above helpful … an absolute top example of what retail customer service should be .. I will return for further purchases and will look for him to help me

The good guys kawana went above and beyond to finish a warranty claim that LG has been arguing with me for over 6 months for a washing machine that wouldn't work correctly. Within days of the good guys kawana, Jason, arranged a store credit and would take on LG through higher Management later to ensure I could get a working machine promptly. 1 week later I have selected a new machine and they have delivered, installed as well as removed the faulty LG machine!
Local business standing by local customers, I will be back for all future appliances to this store for sure. Thanks Jason and team!

My Wife and I were in the market for a TV
Saturday 14th August. Sales Person Jeff Guided us through the TV'S on Display. At first we were probably a bit stand off-ish.
Thankyou Jeff we now have a TV which supersedes our old Set.

Just bought a dishwasher and microwave from The Good Guys Kawana Waters and my wife and I were extremely happy with the entire experience. Erica was amazing with her knowledge of products and very happy to give us the best deal she could. Thumbs up to the whole team !

Great store, I had never been and purchased a portable ac unit online. I got the sms that my purchase was being picked, and in 20 mins got the text to come lick it up! As soon as I walked into the store I was directed straight to the click & collect, told them my order number and id and a young fella was there within 2 mins with my box which he took out to my car to help me pack it. Very impressed. I recommend this place. If have cash they'll give you a better deal to I believe 😉

I want to give a big shout out to Brady who was so helpful and respectful of our needs when buying a large list of items for our recent renovation.

Brady was friendly, knew the full range of products we were looking at. He asked questions, matched the information with products we could choose from and managed our sale throughout the whole process. He followed up with us about new options and greeted us by name when he saw us come into store.

Over a 4-5 month period we kept adding to our list from standalone stove, rangehood, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, vacume etc to kettle and toaster. When we returned just before the building job was done to purchase a t.v. and coffee machine we requested he be our sales person knowing his product knowledge and customer care. He did not disapoint. Brady certainly is excellent in his role.

Thankyou for respecting and helping us to walk away very pleased with our purchases with no buyer regret Brady. We have a computer to buy in the future...guess you will see us again. 😀
