Best Mister Minit in town I would say. It’s had change of management. The previous owner was amazing, and the new people are wonderful too. Always serving and greeting customers with smiles and great customer services. Will come back for sure

We didn't catch her name, she has tattoo's and she did such an Amazing job on engraving my 21st birthday flask and zippo! We would 100% recommend her if you want something like this done. I haven't had such good luck with some mister minit people but hands down she is the best! Came up looking better than I could ever imagine

Jason of Redbank Plaza gave me some great advice on how to restore an old pair of Julius Marlow (R M Williams style) slip-ons. He didn't try to sell me the whole product range. Definitely heading back there.

Nick was amazing. He was able to help fix my broken key and got it back operating! Very nice and professional to deal with. 100% will be back if I need help!

I had the best experience today.
Needed a new remote for my car and didnt have a clue what to get.
Adelle was really great, she even came out to check that it had programmed correctly.
Will definitely be returning to get her to fix my shoes!

Fantastic service supplied by knowledgeable staff. Had engraving done here was a beautiful job done by Adelle. She has also supplied new car remotes for my family, fully coded by herself and tested at the car. Every time I get shoes repaired or house keys cut I always grab add ons as her display is like a candy shop! Love those multitools got 1 which I keep in my ute and have used several times now. Cannot recommend this place enough, always leave with a smile :)

The new manager, Adelle, is amazing. The keys I needed cut were cheap and she was just so pleasant. She told me about her cat and I ended up getting a little name tag for mine, which she engraved for me. I liked the new location downstairs as well, definitely a lot of improvements going on.

The owner Adelle is incredible! I thought I had completely ruined five different pairs of high heels - but Adelle was able to repair and give new life to them all. Adelle is absolutely phenomenal at what she does and she honestly couldn't be more lovely - I won't let anyone else fix my shoes ever again! Thank you so much!

I gave Adelle a pair of hessian like material covered shoes that my hipster partner loves, but has worn them out. My partner didn't want to take them to anyone, out of fear that they would break them. I gave them to Adelle without my partner knowing, after reading such great reviews about her. Adelle's craftsmanship was amazing with such old fragile material, she made them look like new. My partner was stoked.

Adelle is the best in the business. She’s so professional, gets the job done perfectly and is absolutely lovely. Highly recommend. She’s the only person I will go to for key cuttings and shoe repair.

Adelle's customer service is fantastic, she's engraved a key ring and a cheese board for myself previously and her work is impeccable, I wouldn't go to anybody else to have something engraved!

My wife's boots needed their heels modified. Mister Minit did a perfect job and it took only one hour and cost very little. My wife is so pleased that her expensive boots can still be worn, as she was having trouble with the original height and width.

I would recommend Mister Minit Redbank Plaza to anyone, the woman was very pleasant and helpful,
She explained the warranty and I was happy.
The previous week I had taken a shoe to be repaired at Mister
Minit Orion shopping centre, I didn't get a receipt or anything and therefore thought that was the norm but since found out there is a 6 month warranty on my shoe, but I have nothing to show it was repaired there.
Would not recommend that location to anyone.

I have brought key rings witch have come apart they fixed with out charge,batteries in watch with a month out from expired date an still they fixed on warranty with a smile cleaned the watch also.
