The manager on duty Bradley went over and above all costumer service expectations. Caring and understanding took the time to listen to the issue and to find a solution. Brilliant (hard to find good staff and Bradley is a keeper and Kmart fix your locks on click and collect)

I feel like you never find a bad kmart.. yeah sometimes things go out of stock but they can always call around for you and try and find it elsewhere. I love all the storage solutions they have now! So cheap. Such a large range of women's wear, men's wear, kids and babies. You can find most things you need or want here!

The staff at this store are FANTASTIC. Friday 10/02/23 I had a massive vertigo attack and was in the store with my support worker because I am disabled. I fell off my scooter and was vomiting everywhere. The staff plus the Manager was so kind to me and my support worker by putting privacy screens round me calling an Ambulance plus reassurance to me that it was okay for me being sick. They even gave my support worker a bottle of water plus they put a brand new towel and pillow under me and refused money for the items.
100% fantastic store.

Despite what a comment below says; Taryn was lovely in greeting me and smiled brightly, having a bad day, it was greatly appreciated and the small gesture which im sure she is paid to do meant a lot to me. Great service from the gorgeous professional girl, will certainly be back for similar service.

Went the other day and was served by this lovely lady named Evie I believe. She directed me to the right area and made sure that I was buying the right item for I am not the best at shopping. She also found some amazing, fordable priced toys for my two kids and was just an absolute angel !

Great buying for all your household needs. Stock moves fast so always interesting new clothes and Appliances. Love the variety of ornamental plants.

LOVE a good Kmart. And this one is our local. Although shop online moreso these days as avoid busy indoor spaces out of Covid concerns,when do shop instore this Kmart is always well stocked, with friendly staff and the store clean and tidy.

Friday night: Excellent service at the service desk. The girl at the counter went above and beyond to give what is affectionately known as "good old fashioned service". It's not so often seen these days. She was pleasant, and had a smile. She went to help look for items we were looking for and engaged someone else to help and seek their knowledge. We ended up leaving with the main item we wanted after she explained about the change of mind and warranty policies of the store, making us much more comfortable with our purchase. We didn't find the other items (totally my fault, as I'd seen them online at an alternative store. Didn't realise at the time ... oops. Sorry) but left happy instead of disappointed, because she had given it her best shot. Thank you to the young lady who made it a pleasure.

Even if there's a massive line up at the checkouts, you're never waiting longer than 5 to 7 mins.
The staff are very well organise and have it sussed before you get to the front of the line.
Full shout out to all the staff that managed the Christmas and new year rush like a boss!!!!
Whether you were a Christmas casual or a long termer, you guys rocked it this year and genuinely need to be proud of yourselves 💜💜🤘🤘

Jess from KMART Redbank branch was so helpful with trampoline that was showing in stock online but it was not at shop so she went all out ringing closest branches to find out is they had any left. All that with the pressure of ever expanding queue impatiently staring at her. Thanks a lot for your help and thanks to young girl at Yamanto branch who was equally nice. My best customer service experience ever.

Kmart - what can I say? Go in to buy 1 thing for $5.00, and walk out with a trolley full. You have to love Kmart !!! Adequate to good stock levels. Quality is fair. As the saying goes- you get what you pay for..

Nice and helpful staff. Layout of store was good as it helped me spend less time looking for things I needed. It was also very clean.

Nice place, good prices, long lasting products, busy atmosphere, helping staff, good place to go on weekdays... Weekends are usually busier.
