I called in store the other day to buy something and Natalie picked up she is an amazing girl helped me out and gave me some extra information about the product I was after and overall the store has got almost everything and also at incredible prices

The Redbank Plaza store has some great staff, especially Felicity. She was so helpful, friendly, willing to go get any item we could not find and did not know you had. I hope you realise what an assett she is to your company

I'd like to thank Hannah for being so helpful and honest. I was careless and left my wallet on the counter and walked out without it! Came back from the car park and there she was, looking for my phone number to call me. Considerable cash and cards all intact...imagine having to replace those cards!

One lady there is extremely rude and has overall appalling customer service skills. I personally feel she shouldn’t be in such work field if she doesn’t know how to be an ounce bit friendly. My mother ordered balloons and other staff were friendly and accommodating towards sudden changes in pick up times, to then have my mother receive a phone call 5 minutes later demanding she pick up the balloons in a rude as heck manner. My father managed to get there soon after to pick the balloons up and (the same lady I assumed based on the rudeness) barely acknowledge him, didn’t speak to him whatsoever, just handed him the balloons while not even AT LEAST looking at him. Head turned like an absolute snob and made him feel like he was a burden. I’m actually disgusted by the grotty attitude my parents copped from this lady in particular and made my mother upset just before we started celebrating her milestone 50th birthday. Do better :/
