The lass that assisted me was great. She was able to find me something that suited what I needed and she wasn't one who pushed the most expensive shoes either. She went straight for the sale racks as the first option. I will definitely be going back to this store. Service is always the key and she did it with a lovely smile on her face.

Cheryl-Anne had amazing customer service today. She was so great with both my partner and I. The young guy was fantastic as well. Way to my heart (and wallet) is exceptional customer service, which was more than delivered today. I wish more retail sales people had the same attitude!

Alyssa,who worked in the store, was wonderful helping my daughter and I choose shoes for a wedding. She went back and forth , getting us shoes of different styles and sizes, happily. Great service. We will definitely be back!

Great customer service, got a pair of shoes from them but the other shoe colour I was after was not in stock so they were able to put me onto another store which did have them in stock and they were able to ship them to my house.

2 stars because of helpful staff member otherwise no stars.

Thursday supposedly late night shopping with closing time of 9pm, was in need of shoes for 3 teenagers. Go to Williams (Redbank) and they are closed at 7pm. If your website and information pages say 9pm closing and you would rather close at 7pm then adjust your website and information pages stating so. Then you won't stuff busy people around.
A very unhappy now EX-customer.
