We purchased a Canon C257i printer last year and are so happy with our purchase. We had been using a smaller printer but the cost of ink and constantly running to Officeworks added up. Our printer has run continually with only one ink change in 12 months and the service is fantastic. We get an email when our toner is low etc.
Highly recommend Brilliant Technologies. It has saved us money as the printers are so cost effective.
We should have purchased a good quality printer years ago.

I had an issue with a failed RAM in my laptop. I contacted Brilliant Tech, dropped the laptop in at 11.00 am not and by 4.00pm the issue was fixed for no additional charge over the inspection charge. Excellent service at a fair price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Brilliant Tech.

Recently I emailed Brilliant asking for some help to locate a very small and uncommon (at least for a house hold) screw to install my SSD to my PC Motherboard. I received a response to say they had plenty, and that they would be more than happy to give me one free of charge. Axel the consultant went as far as to put it in a little zip lock bag and sticky tape it to their front doors for me to collect outside of hours, as my work hours didn't fit in with their trading hours. I have not shopped here before and I am not known to them and they still gave me top notch service (other business I contacted either didn't respond or didn't want to help). Well done Axel, I know where to go for any future PC needs.

Cairns Car Brokers have been using Brilliant Technologies for all our computer and photocopy needs for over 10 years. The service is exceptional and the staff are extremely knowledgeable in their field. The best thing is that they are LOCAL.

I had a 5yo Dell PC which was running slow & took ages to open apps. Simon suggested that I first start with upgrading from a 1 terrabyte HDD to a 1 terrabyte SSD to see if that solves the issue. Dropped it off at 2pm & was ready for collection at 9.30am the next day.
The PC now runs like a dream. The team at Brilliant Technology are highly recommended & when time to buy a new PC will be buying from them.

(I once got yelled at by a staff member sitting in one of the offices to stop whistling & go whistle in my own airier, I think she thought i was a staff member doing it not a customer. it was so funny i could not stop laughing)
