States business is open until 12am every night. It is 11.44pm on Thursday the 14th July and the business is closed.
Male staff member also refuses to give any cash out over $20, yet other employees (2 ladies) are more than happy to give cash out up to $50 and don't understand why the main man who works in the shop won't get cash out if it more than $20

This store/ servo became my regular fuel stop and more regular convenient store ( milk bread etc) . As I thought I'd became a regular thus believed they too, I needed milk and phone credit ( as I just came off plan two months ago) , but I was in difficulty to transfers money off my phone. Now I understand my request was of trust and I'm sure there are people you just don't trust, but becoming a regular, driving a new car, explaining my intentions, offering to hold my purse, keys and not move from the counter, I requested the phone credit , to transfer moneys to be able to pay for credit and milk and more cash out for fuel. Well i got told, " you are not listening to me , it is not physically possible, unless your card works I cannot help you". ........ well guess what I found another servo, whom is an opposition, who did help me ,so much so that he kindly Evan entered the authorisation numbers into my phone, and now have one me as a new permanent, ongoing customer from now on. Great service gets permanent customers, but sorry to this only she'll store/servo I won't be coming back.

Maybe teach your staff some customer service skills. Asked for 3 bags of ice. He obviously misheard me as he only rung up 2. I corrected him politely only to be told very rudely "you literally just asked for 2" All he had to say was no worries & change it, instead of being a combative jerk.

Some of the rudest customer service I've ever had! Teach your staff customer service in particular a women who works early Morning's, if you have dark skin she will try to belittle you, I would go there every morning on the way to work say hello at the counter she would not respond wouldn't even look up then if there was a white person before or after me she would greet them maybe crack a joke. I've seen her do it to other people who aren't the same ethnicity as her. It's sad Coles would have a women of her charter working in customer service everyone is entitled to there opinion but don't drag your personal problems into work. She is an uncivilized women living in a civilized world. Coles you should have higher standards.

Rudest staff I've encountered in a coles express, old woman who must be a manager doesn't even have the time of day to respond when greeted by a customer, can't even crack a smile to save her own life and the only words you'll hear her say are the total at the end.

My kids went in to get a slashes around 6 20 pm and cliff the man that was working at the time told my kids off to hurry up and finish buying cos he was closing up... I went in after to buy a drink and ask cliff what time they close and he said midnight.... if that's not being races then I dont know what is.... as soon as my boys were out there were 2 other cars filling up
