I want to give a massive shout out to Phil Pearson at Jaycar Cairns for some of the best customer service I've received in a long time. Phil took the time to assist me to troubleshoot my son's broken scooter charger and purchase the parts I needed to fix it. Thanks to Phil's expertise (and patience!) my son's charger is now fixed at a fraction of the cost of purchasing a new one. So great to be able to walk into a store where the staff are so knowledgeable about their products and genuinely willing to assist.

During my recent visit to Jaycar, I was particularly impressed by the overall customer service, especially the assistance provided by an employee named Scott. The store offered a wide range of products and the staff, with Scott being a notable example, were exceptionally knowledgeable and eager to help. This combined expertise and enthusiasm greatly facilitated my decision-making process, making it a breeze to find exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this store for its quality service and extensive product range.

Especially good for the electronics buff and tinkerer. Build your own system. Buy a kit. Or you can just buy the completed sysyem. You gotta love this place, but I am a tech head from way back. Love the 3D printer.

The best shop for more than you think. If you need anything for your mobile phone, a remote control toy. Caravan solar 3d printing strong magnets and of course all switches wires everything to repair build electrical. Gadgets and charging cables watchmaking tools. I guarantee anyone who goes in will find something. Staff awesome too.

Very good service. I bought a magnetic screwdriver set and it was an excellent buy at a fair price. The shop is wheelchair friendly and the shop assistant was very helpful. Highly recommended.

This morning, went for my first time to the place and was blown away with the amount of items they have. I would highly recommend this place to any one who loves electronics, good amount if electrical supply and some great robotic, portable fridge coolers and battery's!

Fantastic service from Scott, start to finish approximately 15-20 minutes, diagnostic service was fantastic found fault in power cable, as I thought Brass Monkey fridge I brought up from Bendigo Jay-Cars was the problem……Highly Recommended ask for Scott…..Ty

Great range of everything electronics and hobby for all ages. Kids educational toys and educational projects, 3d printers, ip cameras, led torches, solar panels, audio, batteries of all size, all in stock with helpful staff. Most things are priced well and open 7 days. Great store all round.

Great store, they've got everything you need and the service was great. Needed a fan for my Engel fridge and the bloke helped me find the right one plus connectors and even noise test it. Cheers!

The staff are so helpful and caring. Go the extra mile every time I go in. Provide tech support for my purchases. We bought a GPS for a car and had trouble with the 'plug and play'. Must have visited 4 times to sort it out. Telstra was no help with the appropriate SIM; but the Jaycar men worked it out and troubleshot each layer of the problem until we got the GPS working. They are now our business 'go to' for anything tech/electronic. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Jaycar Cairns!

I travel a lot and when it's time for electrical things, it's always Jaycar.
Scott was so helpful, giving me options, looking at my van at up, his knowledge was amazing. Helped me sort out voltage issues, rewiring, switches etc and am so grateful.
