We dropped in to look at replacing our mattress we lost in the floods, and ended up leaving with a new one on order and felt like the staff here were really empathetic and helpful. Highly recommend these guys

I rang before hand and was greeted to a warm welcome and they attended to me quite quickly.

We have shopped here a few times and in each of our encounters with the staff, they have all been so helpful and have gone over and above to assist us. Their products may be more expensive then others but the before and after sales support is matched by none. They are excellent!!

Impeccable service by Ardha. We purchased a new queen size Seally mattress during the Forty Winks stocktake sale, we were given friendly, quick and informative information to assist us making the right decision. Ardha was able to arrange collection of mattress immediately, warehouse staff helpful. All in all a good experience, good price and a good mattress.

Lucy and the team are fantastic and I can not recommend Forty Winks Cairns enough. The whole process was easy from the moment we walked in the door from the time we drove away from the warehouse. Not only did Lucy take the time to provide all options on bed frames we were looking for, the kids were occupied with other staff members so hubby and I could make a decision without loosing our hair in the process and on collection the man at the warehouse was super helpful!

After going to every bedding store in Cairns I had almost given up on finding what I wanted at the right price and a delivery time that was quick and efficient until I went to 40 winks. From the start to the end I got great service and advice from Tracy in store and the delivery was handled perfectly on time and kept me informed and the bags off the mattresses taken away. All in all great service great price I couldn't be happier.

We had a great experience with cairns 40 winks.
We purchased the Byron queen bed and side draws the wood smells amazing .
We got the queen bed electric adjustable base and the mlily mattress.There are some amazing pillows and luxurious sheets every thing you dream about.
Its was all delivered and set up by two guys who were really helpfull and nice.
We recommend this store and its worth a visit .There is a large variety and the prices are very good.
Staff are so helpful and Bruce ,the owner is a lovely person.

I am REALLY HAPPY with my new 'Australian made' Queen mattress and base. It is so comfortable, (thank you KIM for your 'Excellent Customer Service' and knowledge)
The difference it has made to my bedroom (cosmetically) is AMAZING!
The comfort is obviously what you shop for, but my new ensemble has also given me a brand new bedroom! The base consists of four huge, disguised, drawers.
Kim went over and above with 'the little things' associated with the base, so I now own exactly what I wanted.
I did have a good look at four different bedding stores, but Forty Winks was the best choice for me.
From my first step into their store, to the last point of contact, being Craig and Mick delivering, assembling and removing the rubbish (they even washed their hands before unwrapping my delivery)
I 100% reccomend purchasing from FORTY WINKS 😉
I will be back for pillows and sheets ... and to have a laugh with all of your great staff.

Forty Winks Cairns and in particular Cathy would have to give the best customer service and after sales service that I have ever received anywhere , ever. I would highly recommend anybody in the market for a new bed or mattress to not go anywhere else without going there first !!
