Petstock Tuggerah

Had a great shopping experience there. Served by a very polite staff member Ryan who was very knowledgable & patient with the numerous questions I had. Would highly recommend shopping there for your pets!

I just wanted to say that I’m so impressed with the aquarium set ups for bettas as Tuggerah! It’s so refreshing see decent setups with heaters, filters and space! The bettas also look wonderful, vibrate and healthy with the help of well educate, friendly staff on aquatic animals. Keep up the great work! Love to see it and I hope this sets an example for other aquatic businesses!

Went there for the first time to get my new puppy a few things. Both staff i spoke to were more then happy to help me with what i needed, went out of there way and provided amazing information that helped me make good decisions on my purchases. Felt terrible that my two year old made a mess with the pet water at the counter but they just reassured me that it was ok and was not a problem. I walked away really pleased and happy with my purchases and will definitely be returning there in the future. Can not fault anything. Thank you 😊

Large store in comparison to others. Bulk food available & good reptile section. Friendly & helpful staff too :)

I always have had a positive experience. The grooming was fine. Someone is always available to help if needed. A huge range of stock. If something isn’t in - it’s only a day or two wait. Staff are always lovely to my dog.

Great that they price match online prices. They do have to add a bit extra for shipping, but generally not a problem as better than waiting for product in the mail. Always have stock, never run out & staff are always friendly and accommodating.

Our fur babies only get the best! The staff are genuinely awesome people & they always have the best specials compared to other pet shops. Am yet to use the dog baths but am definitely going to after a muddy afternoon at the dog park :)

Well I can’t begin to explain how wonderful the groomers are at PetStock Tuggerah. My 14 year old Cocker Spaniel has quite bad skin allergies and has to go there most weeks and not only does he love going, they love having him. They genuinely treat him like he was their own. They spend so much time and attention not just washing and drying him but actually helping to get to the bottom of his skin issues. His skin and ears are sooo much better and even if it is prefect again (miracles do happen) I will send him anyway just to hang out with the girls. He loves being their salon dog. Thanks so much girls xx

Great array of product. We feed our fish, turtle, dog, cat, reptile, small animal, wombat, wild birds, Bush Turkey and possum from Petstock. Staff are nothing short of fantastic.
