I chose Big Hands Building Supply after shopping around and had my pergola installed just after the last Christmas holiday. From the initial quotation to the final installation, I have experienced professional service. The whole process is swift, nice, and easy for me.

Not only the above, the owner is so considerate to accept my request of building an extra giant grapevine rack. Apart from a draft drawing, I have left everything to Big Hands who has turned my two projects into reality in one go!

About 10 days ago, my suburb has been swept with a huge hailstorm. Rain was pouring with gusty wind... I am very nervous but my pergola performs well, without any leak!
