Sushi Cafe Gogoro

I got three things to say ‘bout this place. No. 1 best sushi in Newcastle, no cap. 2. You don’t have to worry about killing any turtles because these peeps wrap their rolls in paper and you don’t end up with a truckload of ocean killing plastic after your lunch. No. 3 Despite being the best their prices are pretty much the same as what you’d pay in a lesser quality establishment. Keep it up chef 👍

Very nice served and smooth coffee. They have a good variety of sushis. Tidy and clean cafe with plenty of space outside.

Excellent sushi rolls. Generous fillings & the rolls are wrapped in paper, not plastic. Two thumbs up guys.

I work at one of the other cafes in the area but always go here for my break. It's always so fresh and delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and efficient with everything they do and it's so well priced. The restaurant looks very calm and welcoming after the renovation and l will often meet up here with my partner who also works in the area.

Eaten here 3-4 times now and everything I have tried is delicious. I'm usually a fairly picky eater.

Love the food here and the coffee is great too. Lovely young girl served me and gave me a taste of the hot sauce before I decided on the combo Volcano pack. Just the right amount of heat for me. Yum!

Well isnt this embarrassing for half the cafe owners around Newcastle, much better coffee than I've been served in a lot of trendy looking cafes in Newcastle. Not to say this isnt a coffee orientated place just didn't expect it to be that good. Great place to get a mix of sushi and cafe style cakes and coffee. The coffee is on the lighter side

I love the sushi here and so do my girls. It is always fresh and tasty! Good location so you can spend time looking through the shops and get your sushi fix in between browsing :)

So fresh better than most places in Sydney. Healthy and tasty. Can't recommend enough.

I absolutely love this place. I work at kitchen connection just across the car park and attend this restaurant regularly. The staff are always friendly and lovely. The sushi is always fresh and delicious.

quality cafe, although Sushi is their main option (and it's vert good) also excellent coffee, great mix of cakes/slices/sweets etc... plenty of outdoor seating and brand new bathrooms right behind them.

It seems weird that the best sushi in newcastle come from the home maker centres carpark, but it does. This is a strange timeline to live in, full of wonder and absurdity.

Ps. The tempura veggies are especially amazing.

Delicious Sushi, reasonable prices and a variety of box flavors. Coffee is the best I've ever had at a sushi joint as well! (Go figure)
