I was served today by a man with red hair and a beard. He was great at his job and helped me get a pair of goggles. Some other bloke came in and was rude to him, ranting about the website something or other. Old mate with the beard handled himself well and professionally. Totally diffused the situation with some tact and humour. He didn't deserve to get spoken to rudely at all. Give him a raise or something, he knows his stuff.

Went to buy a bargain. Left with everything that I hoped for and more great location to shop especially if living local . Lots of parking. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be shopping there again!!

Mum come into your store this Wednesday 9th November 2022 looking for a pair of shoes for a Christmas present 🎁 and from the start your staff were super helpful and friendly towards her assisted her with her enquiries straight away and she found exactly what she was looking for and was able to lay by them ,
She told me the store very large and spacious and she was able to move around your stock racks and shelves without any trouble especially with being on a walking frame and you had a lot more to choose from then what we have found at Charlestown Square store 🏬,
After this recommendation I will be coming here myself next year in 2023 to find myself some shoes 👟,

Chris deserves a pay rise!

I went to rebel in search for some footy boots and their helpful staff came along immediately. Chris was the person who helped us, he was very kind and welcoming and greeted us to the best football boots he could find by Nike and Asics. He brought out some lovely boots, but I wanted something else. So we tested 7 pairs of boots and every time Chris didn’t fail us. He listened to what we thought about the boots and he came out with helpful solutions. He was very patient and delivered great service. In the end we came out with a puma boot that fits me perfectly and I am very happy. I will definitely be coming again. 😉

Regularly visit Rebel for sport apparel and gym training accessories. I found staff member Chris to be a great go-to member, with not only a vast knowledge of the stores footwear but also other stock in the store. This Saturday Chris assisted me in finding a sports bag that would cater to my needs, forgetting my glasses, Chris unpacked a number of bags and read the sizing for me. Very happy with my purchase and look forward to my next visit.
