Joanne on the door is a wonderful soul. So well mannered and great to have a laugh with. She is knowledgeable and helpful.

Michael was very helpful to myself and my daughter. The chopping board we were after wasn’t on the self. Michael didn’t hesitate to go check out the back and was pleased to be able to find the item for us.

Thanks too these 2 lovely people. It can make your shopping experience memorable.

Nice visit to Kmart Kotara today. Went in looking for an item the website stated they had and it was available and on the shelves. Store was clean, tidy, bright and well stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful when I asked a question.

Great store though very busy all the time. On a few occasions all the shelves were empty such as today Xmas eve. Very good staff and super clean store. Staff just so friendly it’s really unbelievable. It definitely worth coming to this Kmart over other stores.

I love this Kmart in Kotara. There is so much stuff that you can find here. I could easily spend one or two hours just walking through this shop and still find goods that I have never seen before. I was here today looking to buy some lollies and kids books for a party and I was not disappointed with what I found. Cheap and quality. Will definitely recommend this Kmart to anybody.

I would like to take a moment to share my exceptional experience at Kmart in Kotara and express my deep gratitude to the store manager, Melissa.

During my recent visit, my mother and I were looking for a lazy spa that we wanted to purchase online. We approached a team member on the floor and inquired about it. That's when Melissa overheard our conversation and took it upon herself to help us.

Melissa went above and beyond to assist us. She immediately started searching for the lazy spa we were interested in and even took the initiative to call other stores to track it down. Her dedication and determination paid off, as she managed to secure one for us at the Maitland store.

I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with Melissa's exceptional customer service. Her willingness to go the extra mile truly made our day. Her efforts exemplify what outstanding service should be - attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring.

I am incredibly grateful for Melissa's hard work and dedication. Thanks to her, we were able to find the lazy spa we wanted, and our shopping experience at Kmart was made all the more enjoyable.

Melissa has undoubtedly set the bar high for customer service, and I believe she deserves recognition for her outstanding efforts. Kmart is fortunate to have such a dedicated and caring individual on their team.

Not the best Kmart the I've been at but not the worst either. Definitely worth a visit.

Great store for my specific items love craft items

They squeezed me in at 4:30pm after I got a nail in my tire. They managed to repair it before closing while I took the kids into Westfield and fixed it for free.
I felt very lucky.

Went shopping here today and loved seeing the guy at the door with his culture tattooed on his head! Made me extremely happy to see a company supporting this, not to mention he was so nice and lovely to my partner and I! He 100% deserves recognition for his great work.

The greeter, Jo is the nicest lady in the world. Every time I come to Kmart we always have a chat! There should be more customer service people like her!

The store is well stocked and checkout was quick and easy. Cheap prices and everything you would expect at a Kmart store. I was pleased with my experience at this particular store as I have had experience that would warrant 0 stars.

Put some more towels for the business they were good quality and very reasonably priced and at the checkout the staff member help me with the payment process and that was all really good great service would definitely go back to this Kmart ✅🙂

Great store, lots of stuff. You'll go in looking for one item but you'll buy a lot.
Clean and well maintained.
Polite staff though I try to shop listening to my music.
Loving the selection.
Needs bins for rubbish and maybe a little cafe somewhere but otherwise great.
Bogans are minimal, unlike Waratah where every shopper combined can almost form a full set of teeth on a good day.

my son fell over and hit his lip and started bleeding and straight away staff members were running over with ice and asking what they could do They did a really good job in calming him down and giving as what we really need Great bunch of people love them all merry Christmas.

My time ar K mart was good. There was plenty to see and they had some discounts sales on clothes for men. And was easy to walk around the shop to look at items and thexstaff are friendly

Kotara Kmart was great , had to buy allot of towels for the shop and the staff member helped me scan them all , making the check out and purchase process a breeze✅🙂 A really good Kmart
