McDonald Jones Stadium

A very good venue for concerts. Being smaller than the big capital city stadiums, this was much more pleasant experience and getting a good view was not hard. The food truck area was welcome and gave choice over the standard food options in the stadium. Drinks of course were stupidly expensive. Access was easy and finding parking was not difficult. The option of bus shuttles is also great for getting in and out of the stadium.

Newcastle and Panthers game..... great atmosphere. Easy access, no line up, was quick getting in and seated. We had great seats, 3 rows from front on 10 metre line. Great game.... well done Panthers 👏

Great night, Shuttle bus ran us in from Newcastle exchange and back again. Also buses running in all directions from the stadium.
Getting in and out of the stadium was no trouble even with a full crowd.

Hired the locker rooms as a filming location and it was great! Excellent communication by the Events team at MacDonald Jones Stadium Corporate Office on site. The stadium has come a long way since I was last there watching baseball games in the 90's!

Today we attended the Newcastle Jet's v Western Sydney Wanderers Half-time Hero's match representing Port United FC (Port Macquarie NSW).
The kids had a great time, great venue, the food was reasonably priced.... $5.80 for a small bucket of chips 🍟 overall great atmosphere.
Will definitely be coming back

I want to see Paul McCartney, it was pretty good. Great size.

Pink Concert
Great place to watch this concert

We saw Paul McCartney concert which was amazing, bringing back many memories. The show was extremely well organised, stadium staff were first class, extremely eager to please. Everything ran so smoothly. Can't wait for the next show.

Loved our experience here to watch the Newcastle Knights! The game was booked out, as well as the car par, so parking was a 20 minute walk from the stadium. Lots of food and drink options inside the stadium. Clean. Staff friendly. Thank you!

I saw Sir Paul McCartney, the venue, show and sound was awesome.

Wonderful for a stadium concert. Spaces for families, older concert goers and room to dance. Well organised with good safety. Variety of food and drink available on premises.
