I love this store but this experience is unacceptable!
I brought a top without trying it on as I was rushing. I got home and tried it on and was absolutely disgusted that the underarms smelt like someone had worn it for the entire day without deodorant. Being the last one in my size i thought I will soak it and washed it which still continued to smell. I have then re soaked it a second time and washed it and the smell is still there. I understand that the employees want to wear the clothes, I don’t understand how anyone could put the tag back on this at the end of the day and hang it up for someone to buy knowing all well it absolutely smells revolting! Personal hygiene Revamp recommended!

Wow this manager needs her role recited to her again and how you actually treat customers and from what I seen how she treats her actual staff, I asked a question and she was very short and snappy with not a hint of friendliness, not someone who has any hint of customer service about her, definitely needs to find another job
