Coles Kotara

Coles Kotara is well-organised but some items like fruits and vegetables have no price labels. It would be nice to know prices before I grab more than I currently need.

Get customer service. Very helpful staff. Overall good shopping experience.

Everything you need from an average supermarket is here. Nothing surprising or disappointing. Just Coles.

Very clean and nice store. Staff are good but price on things like bananas are high compared to Woolworths. I say that as it’s the first thing I look at when I enter the store. Self checkouts are always available so you won’t have to wait at all. It’s just a great store.

So it's always busy no matter what. So if you want peaceful shopping I probably go somewhere else. In saying that customer service seems to be higher priority here from the general shelf Packers to the check out .. not much to review apart from smiles on faces and no one giving you the look of I hate my job here

Always a pleasure, staff there greet us individually each time we go in and take the time to actually converse with and get to know you. Its not just small talk, it's asking my daughter how she's going at sport, its knowing I work night shift and being patient when I go blank. Fantastic team there, and they deserve recognition that unfortunately they'll never get.

Although there were not many stores open on this fine first day of the new decade, just as always Coles didn't follow the trend, Coles was there in my time of need and my need was a double expresso chocy milk. Also as I left the store I was greeted by a familiar face which added to my experience. Rad!!!

Great shopping but range could be improved. I find I can get most products at good prices here, but need to buy other products at other supermarkets to complete the shop.

Just recently had the service area re-done with many self serve checkouts making it faster to get in and out. Great for a very busy little Coles.

Hello Trevor ( Store Manager ) , We mostly come to this Coles store as well as Woolworths especially when we don't want to travel far , We sometimes find what we are looking for there was a lot of great sales on 2 weeks ago when we done a big shop , I like the idea of the reusable plastic shopping bags and people that winge about paying for these can just get over it and deal with paying 15 cents each it's not that much , As for baning trolleys from self service checkouts I'm still trying to work out what I really think , Most staff a friendly and can be very helpful as well which is great to see , Good job people . This is a convenient supermarket, once you have managed to find your way to the Westfield Kotara shopping complex. (And yes, complex it is!) This Coles has a good range in most stocked items. The specialty foods section has plenty of GF products, but don't be fooled by all the things labelled low carb!

Coles, can be quite busy at times but overall good store. Not many vegan fake meats here though.

We haved been shopping at Coles Kotara for a long time and now they have parking for high vehicle's, which makes shopping there so much easier.

Very competitive in pricing.
