Watched GodzillaXKong The New Empire with my 21yr old daughter in Gold Class and as usual Not Disappointed. AMAZING Atmosphere and would Highly recommend Gold Class for that special occasion as it's more of a treat than an every time Cinema Experience. Amazing customer service and a very clean Cinema.

Nice clean place,the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was good delivered on time what we asked experience was good.

Went to see Oppenheimer in Gold class. Fantastic service, great sound comfortable seats. It really is worth spending the extra money for a first class experience

Ayden was wonderful at my recent visit to kotara the big man definitely deserves a pay rise. They were honestly really amazing and I can’t wait to go back again

Great cinema! Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable seating. Wonderful first time family movie experience 🎬 loved the extra touch of booster seat available for toddlers. Great location close to rooftop restaurants and cafes, and other activities for kids such as Timezone.

Good venue. Friendly staff. Comfy enough seats in regular theatre.
Although, those paper straws for the drinks are just awful. For a large frozen coke drink, we had to change the straws 4 times. I suggest to either grab a big handful of them for spares or bring your own 'plastic' one..

Loved it.
We went to see the little Mermaid, and what a great show.
We went into gold class, and the seating in there is absolutely worth spending the extra few bucks for comfort and convenience.
Great layout and not so many people, and you're not cramped into each other.
The service for drinks and food is something you need to do once in a while.
Bit pricey, but it's worth it.
Having the food getting delivered to you whilst you head into the cinema and get comfortable and relaxed is on another level.
I had some of the best food from here and was blown away .
I am a critic when it comes to food and I didn't expect the food to taste so nice and hot. The sliders and wings were OMG absolutely delicious.
So people get to this cinema or any Event cinema and go gold class and enjoy the experience and food. Just once and let me know what you reckon.

Great cinema experience from gold class to standard cinema great atmosphere and staff

Easy to get a park, plenty of food options for before or after and clean.

Excellent theatre, i prefers these older seats compared to hoyts, except they are pretty noisy

I don't live in the area but whenever I travel up that way I try to make sure there's a big release I want to see so I see it here in the Gold Class section. The staff are great and the place is always spotless and the cinema screen and sound set ups are spot on.

Staff were brilliant at this one. Friendly and helpful. The seats are the newer ones which was nice, with the controls on the inside. More comfortable too in my opinion. They have a lovely waiting area with plenty of seating, making it easy to stay socially distanced. There are only two toilets (women's). It gets quite cold in the cinema, but it does in every cinema I've ever been to, so bring a jumper if you get cold easily. Food and drinks were also pretty good compared to other gold classes we've been to.

I know... It's taken us ages to attend a gold class cinema but we were waiting for the RIGHT movie! Top Gun Maverick was awesome and seeing, no, experiencing it in luxury made it all more memorable. Getting snacks and drinks brought to you during the movie, brilliant! We'll be back soon.

Staff are really nice, especially in Gold Class which is where I usually see movies. Comfy chairs, good sound and clean cinema.
Food/snack bar is pretty decent and the popcorn is good (never stale). It's one of my favourite cinemas to go to as it's situated close to Timezone and other restaurants.

Gold class all the way! sign up to cinebuz program and get half price entry. staff are very attentive and cocktails are amazing. The seats fully reclined super comfy. normally 40pp but with the program 20pp on a week day or 25pp on a weekend.

My wife and I had our first experience at Gold class cinemas. Watched star wars. And we're hooked. Seats are amazing, you can see the screen without someone in the way. The service is amazing. The food, oh God it's fantastic. Just do it. It's worth it.
