JB Hi-Fi Wetherill Park

Went to Jbhifi on Friday 8/03 and Ash & Kai were extremely helpful, patient and delightful. They were cheerful and made the whole experience pleasant even when there was a minor mistake that had to be looked over. They reassured me it was okay and did their best to help me happily.

Excellent service today by people who were happy to serve me. They took the time to explain things. This is my second time in the store. Thanks for making me feel like I was appreciated as a customer.

Bought a phone during Black Friday sales, sales staff were very helpful and made the transaction easy. Talked me through the phone extras plan and not once felt any pressure to buy stuff I didn't need.

On the 22 February I went to JB Hi-Fi Wetherill Park to buy headphones for myself.
I didn’t have to wait to long before when Bryton approached me and started to help me. I found him to be very helpful and friendly, also I felt that he was very knowledgeable.
This is what impressed me a lot.

Despite the fact they were insanely busy the young man who helped me get a set of Jabra earbuds took the time to explain certain things to me... very knowledgeable staff member ill definitely be back

I did a click and collect it was fast, I can't complain about it really I had my photo I d and my txt on my phone I singed a paper and off I went

Helpful good advice for service great store what i need for

I had a great experience with one of the staff members. He looked for what I wanted and made sure I got it. So greatful.

Had a couple of visits to the store researching my next TV buy and Andrew was very knowledgeable in his product range, knew all the pros and cons of each model and I was very comfortable to take his advice and proceed with the purchase.

Have been back since for a few hard to find DVDs too and used my JB Perks 😉

They recently sent me another voucher for my birthday ! 😁

I bought a laptop from Liverpool branch and it didn’t meet my expectations, I went to Wetherill park branch and met this amazing gentleman Jonathan and dealt with returning my laptop and got me a new one that meets my expectations, it is absolutely worth every penny!
Will be back definitely to buy everything from here!

When there is a sale on maaate the size matter with the same budget .. amazing service.. when the manager is on duty n also training new n old staff n still give u the best service. 👌 that gold ..

We just bought a new TV from these guys and turns out upon setting it up the TV was faulty. With a few obvious questions and photos about the issue the team here were ultra quick to ensure we had the TV replaced and installed for free. Great customer service, we will definitely shop here again

While some might consider the prices a bit of a splurge, I believe you get what you pay for. The products at JB HI-FI are of superior quality and have a longevity that justifies the investment. Plus, the shopping experience itself is worth every penny.

Bought a new laptop today from these guys Briton was really helpful with my purchase . Got home had a few tech issues called up and had the best service from Leo over the phone he was very patient with me got through the problem and all is working great. Would definitely recommend anyone to shop at that store. thanks again for the help. Vince
