My review is to acknowledge a staff member in particular her name is Chantelle,
My daughter & I walked into the store to check out some shoes, Im old school and love good old fashion customer service where the sales assistant actually acknowledges you and genuinely is interested in helping you with your purchase.
This was the case when walking into This store this morning, Chantelle was so friendly , helpful & very polite she asked us about the occasion and we struck up a really nice conversation which went hand in hand with her great customer service edicate , it was so refreshing to be served in that old school way where politeness & strong customer service skills are demonstrated, we bought 2 pairs of shoes and it’s fair to say that a few of the other retail assistants in other shops would do well to take a page out of Chantelle”s book, such a friendly and pleasant experience.

Overall, my experience at JD was exceptional. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for top-notch products and outstanding customer service. Whether you're a regular shopper or a first-timer, you're sure to have a memorable and enjoyable time exploring what they have to offer.

Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Only downside is some stock missing from the range. Thanks to Ryan for excellent customer service helping us find what we needed after phoning the Penrith store.

Sales staff were very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable.

This company needs to train their staff on decent customer service skills, very poor. It’s like these kids don’t wanna work and just get paid.

I went to buy shoes, I asked the guy for size and he said to me “are you going to buy them if I get you your size”. How the heck am I gonna purchase without trying them.

So I ignored him and went to another staff member, she was able to help out and ended up buying two pairs. Otherwise, I was ready to take my business across the store to foot locker.

Get workers who you will get return on your investment.

6 months ago I tried to call this shop to ask if they had a shoe in stock. Their phones weren’t working. I didn’t bother going there bought them at another shop that did answer the phone.

I’ve tried again today. Their phones still don’t work. I won’t bother driving there to find out they don’t have stock. Guess I’ll be going to a different store again.
