His adeptness in offering advice regarding all desired purchases, coupled with his insightful guidance for my Japan travel plans, undoubtedly elevates the overall customer experience. Such commendable service warrants unequivocal endorsement and recommendation.

Had the privilege of being served by a young gentleman named Jason who went far and beyond all expectations for my friend and I! His expertise , professionalism and service was just outstanding who accommodated all of our needs......will definitely go back and will not hesitate to tell everyone about our pleasant experience today. Its nice to see the young
generation who still hold great values and morals and work ethics. Credit to you Jason, you are definitely an asset to the company

Me and my sister were served by Trieu who was extremely kind and funny and had great customer service. Bonus she folded the jackets so nicely when she gave it to us and was very welcoming when we entered the store. I would come again to wetherill park just to be served by her:)

Excellent customer services. I have been dialoguing with Jason about getting some shoes in for me from another branch, communication was excellent and reciprocal. Even to the point of pick up where he had the curtsy of meeting us outside to direct us to the shop. Jason was very informative and so was Rebecca. They both gave us the time even though they had closed for the day. Kathmandu Wetherill Park is by far the best branch in terms of customer services and enquiries. Great service! The young man stayed with me for around 20mins explaining everything regarding sleeping bags and hiking boots and everything else I would need for hiking in South America.

Had great sale prices on Boxing Day and was served by a very knowledgeable and helpful staff member.
