Bought a car there a month ago and so far so good. Alex and Sergey helped us with everything we need and all the questions we asked.
100% recommend this place if you want a good car in a good price.

I recently bought a pristine 2007 series 2 Elgrand from Alex and Sergei and they looked after me like doting parents. Alex dealt with me more than Sergei and both were wonderful. No pressure, no fuss, no awful hard sell..... just nothing of the sort. They sure knew their cars, which to me is essential, and showed me all the differences in options and so on. I wanted a burger with the lot and had a great range of top end cars to choose from. Even with my checklist I could make a choice. Spoilt for choice actually.
Alex and Sergei helped me make a well informed decision and I am so happy! The car is amazing and much more than I expected. I knew an E51 would be great but not this great!!
I can't thank Alex and Sergei enough for their help, advice, patience and support. Buying a car can be an occasional and pretty overwhelming experience and these guys made it something to enjoy and remember with fondness.

The moment I rocked up at VersioneAuto, I did not feel any pressure with any sales talk that you might expect from a dealership.

Alex and Sergey were always sincere when it came to even challenging questions i asked, and mind you as youll see the length of this feedback, i talk alot!

Even when i got my mechanic to inspect the vehicles, all we did was share opinions, they were both polite and we concluded to a great outcome for all parties.

They really helped a family man out, with a good trade in value and even a small discount where every dollar counts.

When i arrived with my trade in vehicle and when Alex realised i put a full tank on it, he was even willing to pay that fuel back, never have a encountered a dealership with amazing characters, these guys are top blokes!

Bought a Lemon with cracked head that had a dodgy repair for $19k. Wouldn't buy again

EDIT: Mechanic had wrong diagnosis, had it towed 200kms to a specialist who still doesn't know what happened to it but maybe someone had poured oil in radiator.

When I contacted for negotiate about price, Cerg as a manager said if you have to come for visit, and we give you discount when we talk face to face. after long time drive , when we arrived to their venue, he said our price is fix and you are in my shop and you have to follow my rules, price is as it is on screen, without any discount unfortunately he was very rude and car condition was very different with their advertised on gumtree.

WARNING>>>Do not go near this car yard and dealer. They are dishonest. Misleading. Took $1000 from me just to look at a car I never looked at. Then said spent money on it. Told me it was removed from sale. All lies and more lies....I have contacted all the numbers they list on the financial side of their web site and no one wants to have anything to do with them. Sergey(Alex) Is MD. Do yourself a favour and don’t go near this dealer. This dealership is not associated with NSW Motor Trades Association. That’s speaks for,itself.
