Scorptec Silverwater

Never been into the stores but have ordered many top quality items online. No issues with items, dispatch and delivery is always fast. Have ordered 4 new monitors recently, all of which are in perfect condition.

I had my system upgraded. They were really helpful on the telephone(sometimes a little slow).
It only took him three days to do the modifications. The staff were really friendly and even gave me a trolley to wheel my computer and old parts out to the car.

Hands down one of the best computer stores in Australia. The staff are generally friendly, and customer support is typically quick when responding to inquiries or when packing orders. Most of their stores are located in convenient suburbs, which is great. The interior of the Silverwater store is mouthwatering, their very own man cave for gamers. But overall, the best thing about Scorptec are the amazing deals they offer occasionally. Love it! (Ps. borrowed a photo from google since I forgot to take a photo myself, but look how amazing the inside is)

You check they have stock online..you go there, they confirm and you pay....a few minutes later you leave with what you want. That's necessary.

They are nice....that's a bonus!

It's always an easy experience going to Scorptec to buy any computer gear. Great atmosphere inside too! Friendly folks, fast service. And the prices are very competitive with that "other place".

Bought my husbands gaming monitor online from here. Check out was smooth and efficient. The monitor was delivered quite quickly, and in good working order. The monitor itself is brilliant.

The new Silverwater store is epic. Very easy and direct parking, a lot of fun things to look at and the service is really fast. I can't think of a better place to buy computer equipment in Sydney honestly...

Website is very easy to use and appealing. Please implement dark mode on it. I ordered a mini-dp to dp cable with click and collect in Silver water, fast and easy pickup, parking available and friendly staff. The showroom was elegant and colorful, very nice to visit and enticing. I will definitely buy back again from Scorptec.

Had a recent bad experience with PCCG, waited 2 weeks for shipping for an 'in stock' item, never shipped so got a refund.
Ordered with Scorptec, received item 2 days later.

Had to pick up a pc for my partner, the customer service team were extremely helpful, they brought it to my car for me and the whole experience was extremely pleasant 10/10

Got 2 PC's built by them, good prices. Also, they are happy to help with technical faults or questions you have on accessories that might be needed to make something work, very knowledgeable people on the phone. This is my go to place for all pc parts

Came in on the Friday after a disappointing chat with the macquarie park store, the lovely lady that served me informed that they didnt have one of the 4 items i wanted in stock. She was very good at recommending a substitute and although it was a bit more expensive i really like the keyboard she recommended. Was worth the extra drive going to this store
