ÖBB Lounge

Clean, quiet, and comfortable with light snacks and beverages and plenty of power hookups for your laptop and personal decices

If you have a first class ticket or sleeping car ticket and have to wait for you train you can enter the ÖBB Lounge. You get drinks and small snacks, comfortable seating, clean restrooms, plugs for charging your devices, WLAN, newspaper and information. They also offer to carry your luggage to your coach or compartment in the train. Note that with a 2nd class or couchette (Liegewagen) ticket you are entitled to enter the lounge, unless you pay an extra fee.

I enjoyed the quietness and the refreshments. Healthy snack such as dried apple rings available, a selection of beverages also possible. Power sockets to charge your phone next to the tables. Only one restroom per gender available.

Good place to wait for train. Exclusive bathroom, free coffee and soft drinks. Some snacks too, but limited - depends on how often they are refreshed. Overall its good

A quite comfortable place to unwind before your train journey. A good selection of snacks and refreshments are available. The lounge is open to Nightjet ticket holders.

I had sleeper tickets to enter here. Staff was helpful to print all my tickets and put in nice folder 😀

I love this lounge not particularly for the beverages and food as they are just average but most people do not know that for first class and business class customers there is an extra counter to purchase and modify tickets and the service here is much better than the one you would receive downstairs at the regular counter

Accessible with first class tickets by OBB. Nice place to spend some time before your departure. Quiet place, selections of soft and hot drinks, snacks, fruits and pastry. Power outlets near every table.

A lovely place to wait. I would like to see more pastries. As soon as they were put out, they were gone again.

A really nice place to relax for awhile during travel thru the Vienna train station. Nice snacks and beverages, and pleasant staff!

Excellent.. Friendly staff and a small selection of pastries, biscuits, cereal and fruit. Coffee and tea also included, all free of course.

i needed to use the lounge 3 hours before my train departed but i was refused access, even though i had bought a first class, very long sleeper compartment trip. it should be allowed . drinks, salty and sweet snacks available. clean area without the noise outside .

I had used OBB lounge frequently during my stay at Wien.
snacks , hot and cold drinks etc are available free of cost. Other facilities are sitting space , power supply point , meeting room and WC.
First class ticket/ Eurorail pass / Inter rail pass Holder could use lounge . Opening time of lounge is 6:30 A.M to 11:00 PM.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
