Bought tickets online and it was slightly cheaper, beautiful and fun souvenir store (but only cash), and very inspiring composition. Definitely worth a visit when in Vienna
Also have 1 euro coin to use the clock room

Amazing museum with amazing art. Definitely worth visiting, especially if you're a Monet enjoyer. It has 3 levels and each makes a great impression, I believe everyone would find something here.

enjoyed the second floor exhibition on big name artists! it was a sizable collection but not too crazy. the curation was fine as it breaks down different movements in rooms but sometimes lacks an overview per room. apart from matisse monet picasso miro and schiele, didn’t enjoy the photography exhibition and the 20 year exhibition that much..

I really enjoyed my visit. Albertina has a large number of valuable works in its permanent collection. I appreciate exhibitions of modern contemporary art. Breathtaking interior of old imperial palace.

Impressive gallery and very well documented stories. I especially liked the 1st floor which consists of Michelangelo, Rembrandt and others. This museum gives an exquisite vibe to you, even if you are not an artsy person/art lover.

Art lover's haven. The impressive collection, including works by Monet and Picasso, is a visual feast. The modern twist to a historic palace adds to the allure.

A museum full of history and above all with updated and interesting exhibitions. I really liked the distinction between the exhibitions but also the chance to admire so many emerging artists or rediscover the old ones. I recommend a visit to anyone 🙌🙌

Beautiful museum with a very rich collection. The exhibitions vary from time to time since there pieces are so numerous. Make sure to reserve some time in order not to overlook the musical pieces that are everywhere in the building.

I love this museum and try to visit each time I visit Vienna, full price is 18,9 and also you can buy audioguide online for 3 Euros, it is a card given at entrance with a scan code, then you visit the museum with your mobile as audioguide after scanning the card. Many famous paintings from Lauren, Renoir, Picasso

I loved the museum. Ticket can be bought for the complex of Albertina and Albertina Modern, and out of the two, modern one was quite more interesting. The other did have Monet, Picassso, and Klint, but modern had pieces whose difference was appealing. Lovely!

One of the best museums in Vienna. Definitely recommend. Although it’s a bit pricey, it’s worth it as there’s a great selection of famous artworks such as Picasso and the Gottfried Helnwein. Loved how in depth the captions were (in both German and English).
Might not be the most engaging for younger children as there aren’t any interactive elements.
Stopped by at the cafe on the way out. Although it was quite busy and there was no space to eat, the servers accommodated us for a drink. Staff were lovely and so polite.

As a quick disclaimer. Be sure to have an euro handy in PRETTY MUCH all museums as if you have a backpack on you will have to use the lockers provided as you cannot go in with one.
The Albertina museum in Vienna is a treasure trove of art, and a recent limited-time exhibition featuring the works of Gottfried Helnwein was truly a rare spectacle.
Helnwein's pieces, though a temporary exhibition, left a lasting impression. The juxtaposition of his artwork within the grandeur of the Albertina created a visually stunning experience.
It was especially thrilling to see the artist in person, adding a personal connection to the morning's surprise encounter with his wax figure at Madame Tussauds. A delightful and thought-provoking visit for art enthusiasts. Being able to see him showcase his work with Priscilla Presley and Richard Lugner.
The Albertina museum's allure extends beyond the contemporary, as it houses an impressive array of art from masters like Picasso.

To experience the whole museum if you have an interest in all the exhibitions, you need around three hours for that in order to soak in everything, to be able to rest between the halls etc. The most remarkable thing for me in the current exhibitions was the Helnwein floor, where there is also a movie for the artist, so 10/10 recommend. Everything else - Monet vs Picasso, Michelangelo and also the photographs of Joel Sternfield are also remarkable and give food for thought for everyone. My feeling is that the Michelangelo one is perfect for people with a little bit more interest in knowledge on the topic. Otherwise it could be a little bit dull or hard to understand as it is really detailed. Wonderful building and it is a must to go through the palace rooms also.

Great museum with a fantastic selection of exhibitions. Staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms feel cozy and spacious at the same time. Not many people in there either. The giftshop also has a wide selection of items. Goya, Durer, Miró, Picasso,...Overall a fabulous experience, highly recommending.

Extraordinary museum with exquisite taste. The comparison and similarities between the works of Claude Monet and Pablo Picasso was amazing. The art of impressionism and abstraction really caught my eye. The museum was perfectly sectioned and very clean and neat. Being an art enthusiast and art lover, It was a great visit. We visited with the previously bought Vienna Pass.
